The Dirtiest IHOP ever i have been to
The floor was dirty n sticky.
Took more than an hour just to serve the food that we ordered, though only there was a few table occupied.
I will avoid this location.

The server was doing her best to keep up with the amount of people that were coming in. Like every place they're all short-handed. The food came out and it was lukewarm so I was a little disappointed in that. Other than that it was fine.

We got to IHOP at 9:50 PM and the manager told the waitress to tell us that they closed in 10 minutes. I thought they were all open 24 hrs. ( No, staff shortages ) Service was good but new cook didn't know what you got on different plates. Food was good except Cook had trouble doing over medium eggs.. mine was over cooked and my daughter's was under cooked (runny).

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. After waiting over 10 mins for someone to even say hello, this restaurant is out of almost everything i wanted, especially any kind of creamer for the coffee except half and half. There was a nonchalant, lackadaisical attitude from all the employees and the manager. Zero sense of urgency, zero customer service, it sucked!

Excellent service provided by Tonya. She is absolutely amazing. She was packed with tables and not once did anyone have to request anything. She stayed on top of every table and had my friend and I laughing.

If I could give zero stars I would but only giving a 2 because our waitress was trying the best she could given the unfortunate circumstances she was having to work with. We waited 15 minutes to be seated before we were acknowledged. We should have taken that as a sign and just walked out but we were very hungry and didn't have many other breakfast options. The place was filthy, out of a lot of items we tried to order and the kitchen staff was downright rude to the waitresses. We even heard the employees arguing amongst themselves. The only good thing about our visit was our waitress. She seemed to be the only one trying and working her butt off to keep the place going.

Tried to order 3 times on the app . It would not take my email. Went into the store and no one would wait on me . My wife called 3 times to place an order and was hung up on 2 times. The last time she finally got to order. They said 30 minutes. I got there and had to wait another 15 minutes before anyone came to see what I needed. People left without the employees ever talking to them. There were at least 8 people working and not busy .
