Chicken Express

Waited in line in drive-thru, placed my order, 36.??no go home. I opened order and found the spicy strips to hard to eat (ordered 7 piece half and half) gravy barely warm 1 reg strip was actually hot. I ordered 8 pieces, all dark family meal; it was barely warm, no mashed potatoes or gravy that I ordered for my side, and it was a mixed order not all dark. I called and reported missing items. Said they would replace on next visit. Don't know when that will be unless something changes. Giving a 2 only because tea and rolls were good!

I’ve been hearing stories about this location having problems with quality but I came here tonight and saw for myself. I ordered a #1 combo (4 tenders) and only received 3. I guess the economy is really hurting you guys. Last time you’ll be getting my business. Years ago this place used to give you even more than you ordered. Good things can’t last forever I suppose.

The chicken was much better than other chicken express restaurants I’ve been to not to mention the friendly and attentive staff! I came in with my girlfriend and we are new to area and could not have been happier with the welcome, you ladies represented the City of Gainesville outstandingly. Thank you

If I could go lower i would.i went in Sunday got gallon sweet tea and 2 lg teas togo. Open up the gallon today and it was soured. I called back today told a young girl it was sour it was bad. She told me come in and get another one now cause she didn't put my name on list the nite manager won't give us another tea. I have the oth soured one I will take to her and show it. Grrrrrr mad

It use to be my favorite place to go eat but it started going downhill with employees that didn't really care. Then came the pandemic and they didn't open up their dinning room until recently. Very disappointed in CE corporate decisions. 2/11/22 I believe that I just made my last visit to the Gainesville Chicken Express. The last few times I visited some of the food was not hot. Today once again they brought out my food but not my drink. When I went to the counter to get it I was ignored for several minutes before I was helped. They were not busy, I was the only one in the store. This isn't an exception, it happens all the time. They just don't seem to care anymore. I'm done.
