I’ve been going to the Hippo since High School and it never disappoints! Fantastic bread, meat is freshly cut and they load up your sandwich. I got a salad today and was amazed at how much I got….and I ordered all the fixings! Great customer service! This is the best sub shop I’ve been to!

Stopped in on a road trip. Really good sandwiches here. Freshly made and their big. Tasted amazing. Big chips and cookies also available. Price is good for what you get. Staff super friendly. Great mom and pop shop. If I ever go out this way again I would stop again. Table seating at location.

Hungry for a sub sandwich? This is the place to go. I ordered curbside, and was SHOCKED when I saw how much food I got for such a small price. Not to mention - it tasted INCREDIBLE. For sure my go to place from now on when I’m craving sub sandwiches.

Wow less then 10 bucks and that's a lot of meat, the bread was house made and tasted great. Keep it up guys.

A true old fashioned sandwich shop. Most of, if not all the meat is cut right in front of you to order. Very reasonablely priced. If you hear lots of good things about this place. They are true. This place is great.

Great subs + salads. Only complaint is I wish they were open in the early evening for dinner takeout!! Repeat customer....
