Mcdonald's

Arrived at this McDonald’s at 5:25 AM, posted hours online and on the door said the dining room opens at 5:00 AM. The doors were locked. I knocked because there was a worker behind the cash register. He motioned and said they don’t open until 5:30 AM. With good customer service, the worker would have let me in. Restaurant needs to update their posted hours and have a talk with their employees.

Pulled into the drive-thru at 11:50 PM, 3 cars ahead of me. All 3 ordered and drove up to get their food. One car had pulled in behind me. Guy tells me through the speaker that at this time they were now closed. 11:55, still an hour and 5 minutes from the posted closing time. Why the car ahead of me was the cut-off for ordering food I have no idea. Oh well. On to Checkers. This location has been sending people there, and other places to eat, for a while now. Rude, inattentive and dismissive staff. Edit: Bumped the rating up by 2 stars due to the attitude of a manager and cashier I spoke to this morning. They apologized for the shabby treatment last night and said I should not have been refused service since I was in line and it was not closing time. They offered me free food of my choice to make up for the lack of service last night. I thanked them but declined as I already had food from another location. The morning crew couldn't have been nicer. Night shift could use a lot more of the customer service skills that the opening staff haven't forgotten how to use.

Set for 10 mins at drive thru nobody ever took order so drove up to window nobody at first window so drove up to second window guy said yeah speaker not working and wouldnt take mobile code at window said had to come in to get order so then stood in there 5 to 10 mins waiting had half my order setting on counter and showed on screen it was ready to go but i was still waiting on two ice cream cones and 10 piece nuggets
