Very fresh and tasty! So much flavor! Worth the drive!
Had it for the first time tonight...finally. I had a steak bowl. The food was amazing!!!

Ordered the meal deal with two soft chicken tacos and a side of chips with pico. The soft tacos were EXCELLENT. With their signature cholula hot sauce they are even better.
The sides were OK. The chips were very thin, too thin to be able to dip into the very chunky pico without breaking. If you want the pico on your chips, you’ll need to spoon it on, not dip it. The pico itself is likely a love/hate thing. I liked it, but it’s got a strong green bell pepper flavor, and very chunky, which was not to my wife or daughters liking. Good sweet tea.
The actual restaurant itself was less than great. Nicely decorated and rather trendy looking in a Whole Foods kind of way. However, we had to clean off our table rather strenuously, as it was matted with quite a bit of crumbs and dried sauce. We never quite got it clean, which was kind of gross. So their housekeeping needs to improve.
Also, the A/C was struggling, and it wasn’t even a hot day. I’d imagine during the summer you’d be sweating while you eat.
But the tacos and cholula hot sauce were good enough to overlook the rest. We’ll definitely be coming back, though next time we’ll skip the sides and just get the tacos.

Eating my way through Gainesville and this was my second stop. Their indoor decor was beautiful. Reminded me of a few American southwestern restaurants. The food was great, I just went with something simple: 3 barbacoa tacos. Ingredients were fresh and ample. Flavors were super rich and well combined. Good family friendly restaurant, too. I saw some littles eating a shared quesadilla and they seemed to really like it!
I'm visiting from out of town and my friend took me here. Soooo good. Very cute decor, friendly service, and the food was absolutely delicious. I ate here again while I was in town! Both times I got the carnitas quesadilla. The pork is very flavorful and the quesadilla overall is huge. The guacamole is also really good. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
Really good! They’re not fast but there’s a really nice outdoor area to sit while you wait for your food.

this was the first place I ordered vegetarian quesadilla's since moving from NYC and I was not disappointed. inside you will find a very clean table section with lots of lush plants. and looking forward you will see the kitchen staff at work behind a clean and free to see kitchen. I admire that. after you order I suggest you make a sharp right and exit to the patio when the weather is favorable you get a nice view of the small outdoor seating area where people congregate to either eat other foods in the are share a drink get a quick coffee or if your lucky catch some live music usually held on the weekends. a great place to start your day.
This place was pretty busy so if you don't have the patience to stand outside for a few mins (at least 15-30 mins) then don't go. Otherwise, this place is pretty awesome. Plenty of drinks to choose from, lots of seating (both indoors and outdoors) It's a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. One pic is my burrito bowl and the other is my roommate's burrito!
These tacos were alright. A pro was that their ingredients were very fresh. However, I agreed with one of the previous reviews, they reallyyyy need salt and lime. My pork tacos were quite bland and unexciting. My friends tacos the same. The only tacos that were great with seasoning were the chicken and the ground beef. Nevertheless, their service was great and the atmosphere was everything I hoped for. I could sit outside all day. Also their pico and chips were good.
Mostly a review for the bathroom; food review near the end:
The bathroom is tucked away from the main dining room. The first thing you notice is the mirror, big and round and framed by flowers (not real, but beautiful). It smells nice in here. On a low stool-desk-thing are the bottles of soap and lotion. Did not use the lotion, so cannot comment on that. However, if you choose to use the soap, rinse thoroughly and rinse again so the smell of soap will not destroy your experience of the food afterwards (please, you want to smell the food and not the chemicals). Maybe the lotion would've been better, since the soap is quite drying as well. There is a diaper changing station!! Located in the bigger stall. Thank you, even if I don't need it.
Food: good corn tortilla and good shrimp. The fresh jalapeño is not spicy at all. Could not place the hot sauce so I did without. It was good. Despite the smell of soap on my hands. Could be spicier, please.
