Today I preordered my food with delivery time noon. When I called to find out where pizza was I was told it wouldn't be here for another hour. I love the pizza but pre-order sucks . Pre-order should be delivered before anyone else.

I ordered via the app. Last time on the app, I was able to select "Hut Favorite" as seasoning on the crust. The app did not give me the option to choose this time around. It was very frustrating. Eventually I entered it in the "special instructions" field. Also, it would be useful if there were a way on the app to save your "favorite" pizzas, That way you could pick them with one click instead of having to build the same pizza every time from scratch.

Unlike my experiences with other pizza places, or even previous Pizza Huts, this one got my order correct, delivered it in a timely manner, everything was hot and fresh. It was an overall enjoyable experience!
