Amazing Pizza, clean environment, friendly faces. all the worker at Blaze Pizza have an AMAZING Personality The pizza arrives in just a short time frame. I visit Blaze PIZZA at least twice a week. it is close to my job Shands @UF. I enjoy dining at the restaurant. Customers look like they enjoy their time with friends and family. I highly recommend Blaze PIZZA at Archer Road. Robert Barrio is a great employee at BLAZE PIZZA. He has an amazing personality and he greets every customer with a huge smile on his face. thank you BLAZE PIZZA YOUR THE BEST!!!!
A pizza place where you get pizzas with as many different kinds of toppings as you like! We were a group of friends and ordered 6 pizzas..So I got to try almost all the toppings available:p
We all took the regular base in the build your own pizza option.
For the base sauce, we tried a combination of the spicy tomato sauce and cream cheese sauce - very good decision!
As for the toppings...the chicken is really tasty, and the bacon was good too.
Don't forget to get sautéed onions and roasted garlic added to your pizza! And if you like garlic a lot, you can get the garlic pesto added too, along with the base sauce!
The veggies are all good - spinach, mushroom, banana peppers, and the red chillis for an extra spicy kick! They also have olives, jalapenõs and the norm.
And they also have shredded mozzarella along with other kinds of cheese which you should definitely get added to your pizzas!
Overall, really good pizzas. Will definitely go here again!
I don't normally review fast food places, but Blaze is great. Each pizza is a personal size pizza, made to order. Anything you want for $7.85 (cheese only or 1 topping is cheaper.) The pizza was big enough for my me and my husband to share. I like that you can get everything you want for one low price. I also like that you can get anything you want and therefore can fill up on healthy food. I had a pizza with light sauce, light cheese and heavy veggies. They offer a wide variety of toppings. I had 2 types of olives, mushrooms, artichokes, fresh tomatoes, and spinach. They also offered a nice selection of cheeses and meats and various sauces. You could literally eat here every day and have something new each time. It was delicious. The staff was very friendly and the restarant was clean. Rarely do we eat fast food, but I can see myself coming here often.

Blaze Pizza is located across from a Zaxby’s and next door to a Wendy’s on Archer Road in Gainesville, Florida. They offer a build-it-yourself concept where you start with a 11” original dough (gluten-free dough available), pizza, add your choice sauces, cheeses, meats, huge selection of fresh veggies, and finishes. One can get as many toppings (no anchovies) as they want for the same basic price. If I selected any more ingredients, it would have taken two “Blazers” to put my pizza into the “fast-fir’d” oven. Blaze has eight signature pizzas to choose from for those that sure what their cravings maybe. On those rare days you're not into pizza, they also offer a selection of salads. The ambience at a Blaze is relaxed and friendly for a college town. Yet, the Blaze staff greets everyone (families, tens, kids, seniors, etc.) with friendly hellos and were attentive and eager to help me build my perfect pie. The sound of somewhat nondescript techno music fills the air but no “Italian” Frank, Dean, Connie, Borcelli, or even Elvis.
Amazing fast-ish pizza place that’s very popular! They have a variety of “special” pizzas that just have a selection of toppings, or you can build your own pizza with different sizes starting at $9. I recommend build your own and absolutely loading on the toppings. The workers will just add what you please and your pizza may look like a salad by the end.

Service is always wonderful, place is always clean and the pies are always fabulous. I have my fave tho....pesto, xx goat cheese, chicken, bacon, xx artichoke, cherry tomato, &roasted red pepper finished with drizzled balsamic reduction on the rising crust...omg...delicious. Plus not only did each and every employee wish me well, they also gave me a free cookie for my birthday.

So I have heard of this place and passed by many of them so finally decided to give it a try. I am a New Yorker and love our pizza, I have tried many other "fast food" pizza places and they never seem to make the grade.
As you walk in you are greeted by what looks like a sald bar but is actually the pizza bar with all the fresh toppings. They have pre-designed pizzas or you can design your own. I started with a traditional cheese pizza and a order of pesto garlic bread.
The pesto garlic bread is baked and the cheese is melted on to a nice texture with pockets of golden brown pieces. The pesto sauce is drizzled on to provide that robust flavor with a hint of garlic.
Now the pizza. A thin crust wood fired pizza. Everything is measured out to provide a standard flavor for each piece. The sauce has a little flavor that does not overpower the cheese and we all know the cheese is what makes a pizza, lol.
The store is very clean and the staff was very friendly and attentive.
I would come back!
First time getting pizza here on a promotion. Was good, will get pizza here again. Price is fair, food tasty, portions are closer to European standards (which is a good thing). Only issue was presentation. My pizzas were kinda thrown together.
This is one of the best tasting pizzas I’ve ever had! There aren’t any Blaze Pizza where I live so I usually get this at least once when I’m in Florida. I only gave 4 stars for this location because I ordered for curbside pickup but when we got there, it was pretty busy which I totally understand but nobody ever came out after like 30 mins of sitting there even when I called so I had to get it myself and the pizza was just sitting on the rack they had up front. Just beware of curbside pickup!
The pizza ordering was simple and quick. The pizza was alright and I recommend the high rise crust otherwise it is thin crust.
Good sized parking at this location. The store was clean and the staff is friendly. Service was great and the pizza is fire. Pick ya pizza and add all the topping ya want! The Lemonade is also very good. I almost always have lemon ade everywhere I go.
Is there any way we can give more than 5 stars? Our first time here, and it couldn't have been better. The experience of building your own pizza was so fun. I talked my sweetie into getting two 11-inch pizzas so I could have my very own with all the things he doesn't like! And the service is nothing short of incredible, outstanding, and every other superlative in the dictionary. Special thanks to Sherry and John for their smiles and willingness to take the best care of their guests. Taking leftovers home, but we'll eat them real fast so we can come back. Love y'all!!
