The owner Mary is so sweet and the staff was great! I have been New York cheesecake ice cream and it was delish! We will definitely be frequenting this place!

Had Mary from Baskin Robbins in Gainesville come serve ice cream for our company picnic. Couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience. Everyone really enjoyed the ice cream, and it was special having Mary and the BR brand present. She was great - so friendly with everyone. Highly recommend her and Baskin Robbins Gainesville!
This family friendly ice cream store, makes it sweet to be in the neighborhood. Rotating 31 flavors, with new tastes constantly appearing. The New York Cheesecake ice cream for example is unbelievably good, for cheesecake lovers, 30 other flavors available in a myriad of different treats from Sundaes, Smoothies, Cones and Gourmet Ice Cream Cakes. Custom cake orders, different cone styles, multiple sundae options, and even some non-fat / non-dairy products. All this in a shop that captures the friendliness of the first ice cream shops, but in a very modern and fun environment.
The staff are always nice, and don't hesitate to offer a sample when we're fickle about what we want. The quality of the ice cream and variety of flavors never disappoint.
Received a birthday cake made at BR Gainesville. Lactose free, and the most AMAZING cake I've ever tasted in my life! Beautifully decorated too!!!!
Clean and spacious sitting area. People are nice there. Right next to the Harris teeter so it's convenient to stop by before /after shopping in the hot summer days
