The employees at this location are amazing, they create a very nice atmosphere :) I love their level of service. The store is clean and they take pride on keeping engage and satisfice every customer. I see the effort they put every day ... yes, I come to get my coffee everyday and it is remarkable hoy consistent they are on been my favorite place to visit! I will be unfair if I mention the Batistas names ... but I asure you that along with fresh brew coffee they are the BEST !!! nothing but the BEST !!! Thanks !!!!

As someone who frequently travels this has become my favorite Starbucks. I always order a large dragon fruit lemonade, which is always made perfectly. This is a great drink to hit the road with! The staff is what makes this location so great, they're always courteous and affirming. Everybody here always has such a great attitude and the service is quick. This place is always a bright spot on my day when traveling through Gainesville. This location is very LGBTQ friendly!

He didn't make my drink but sure made my day-- shout out to Ben (at least that's what was on his apron), he made sure to genuinely wish everyone a great day while maintaining his station whether he made their drink or not.
