Panera Bread

Food-wise, this Panera is as good as any other Panera. Service-wise, if you want an accurate order or an accurate price, you'd better order at the kiosk, because the register staff at my most recent visit, though initially helpful, barely listened to my order and applied the wrong promotion to my order — in the process, wiping a free item reward from my account. If I return to this cafe for anything more than the Sip Club drink (which I get myself), I certainly won't be going through the registers. Edit: I contacted the Panera Customer Care about the problems I experienced, and they were very helpful in making things right, so I've bumped my review up from one star to four stars. I still recommend going through the kiosks rather than the registers, but yeah.

Good food as always and a nice location. Still socially distanced booths available. The line can be slow. We got there with plenty of time to get breakfast and while waiting in line for awhile the signs switched before we were able to get to the front. Luckily they still had some breakfast to serve us.

I have to admit, Panera has it figured out. The menu has plenty of options for the pickiest of eaters. The cozy atmosphere makes me want to stay and linger. For lunch, you cannot go wrong with the Bacon Turkey Bravo. The bread, is soft but a chewy crust and you cannot go wrong with turkey and bacon. I love their breakfast sandwiches. Try the bacon egg and cheese on an Asiago bagel and you will not regret it! I tried the farm house ham, egg and cheese sandwich and it was good. If you order it as is, it will come with and over easy egg which is messy if you are taking it in the car. Trust me on this one 😳. If you are looking for something sweet the chocolate pastry is phenomenal!
