I always look forward to eating at the Cava in Gainesville- it’s a great location with easy parking, plenty of space to gather with friends, the food is delicious and the staff is very kind and friendly. All in all it’s at the top of my list for quick casual healthy dining.
I frequently come to this location with my three children. The food is always incredible and fresh. The staff is so friendly and always makes a point to say hello to my children which to me is just so sweet.

Great staff. The place was pretty busy and the staff had a great attitude and cared for each order. Great drink selection too. Staff also did an impressive cleanup of the kitchen after the lunch rush 🙂.
The food was excellent! I had the Lemon Chicken and I was healthy, tasty, and filling. I recommend that to all. I tried CAVA for the 1st time time about 3 months ago and I have been in love ever since. The bowls are delicious and it is definitely a step up from Chipotle. I have experienced bad customer service (thus it fell short of a 5 star review) at this location but I've chosen to give them another chance
This is a great place to eat. Mirna is the lady who assisted me in taking my order and she was absolutely wonderful. She was really nice and also has a nice smile. The atmosphere was very peaceful . You can enjoy a good meal and conversation with people without having to holler because it’s to loud.
I wish I would have grabbed the names of the employees working on 12/19, they had the best customer service I've received in years and I was at the Ritz last weekend if that means anything to you. Thank you for letting me know great service still exists!
I consistently have wonderful experiences at this CAVA location. The facility is clean and all the food items are well-stocked. The service is always quick and kind! I have had great custom service interactions with both Racquel and Yanira, and I look forward to visiting again!

Good food and customer service. All the staff always have a smile and are very helpful. Ms Yanira and Ms Mirna are a good balance of professional and friendly. Salads are tasty and a good portion.
Going to CAVA is a tasteful experience. There are many meats and veggies selection you can choose from. Yes, I am skeptical about trying new food, but the taste they put in their food is beyond what I expected. I tried everything in my bowl. The food was not spicy or hot. The taste comes aliv
