I consistently have wonderful experiences at this CAVA location. The facility is clean and all the food items are well-stocked. The service is always quick and kind! I have had great custom service interactions with both Racquel and Yanira, and I look forward to visiting again!

Cava is the best food in the world. At least for me. Outstanding service. Jonath and Zulema always know what I want. They are amazing. Super friendly. Always professional. Love to come here ! Favorite place to eat.

Good food and customer service. All the staff always have a smile and are very helpful. Ms Yanira and Ms Mirna are a good balance of professional and friendly. Salads are tasty and a good portion.

Great staff. The place was pretty busy and the staff had a great attitude and cared for each order. Great drink selection too. Staff also did an impressive cleanup of the kitchen after the lunch rush 🙂.

I always look forward to eating at the Cava in Gainesville- it’s a great location with easy parking, plenty of space to gather with friends, the food is delicious and the staff is very kind and friendly. All in all it’s at the top of my list for quick casual healthy dining.

Outstanding service! Raquel is amazing and always has a smile on her face and is eager to take of us!!! Love this place!! We are creatures of habit always getting the greens and grain bowl and/ or the pita.

I went in to pick up my order and I accidentally placed it for Chantilly. I believe she was the manager but I asked her if there was anyway she could help me out. She went above and beyond and took care of me so that I didn’t have to wait in traffic to go to Chantilly. I will forever be going to this location due to the customer service and helping me out! I appreciate great customer service because it is so hard to find these days.
