Really enjoyed the entire experience. Had never eaten there before but our son had so he walked us through it. The young man behind the counter was also helpful with explaining what had onions or not. (my son and I are both allergic to onions, like epi-pen carrying allergic) So many options. Very flavorful and good value. Will be back.

Raquel was amazing at her job. She made me the best bowl I ever had. Great customer service as-well. Definitely recommending this place.
I always look forward to eating at the Cava in Gainesville- it’s a great location with easy parking, plenty of space to gather with friends, the food is delicious and the staff is very kind and friendly. All in all it’s at the top of my list for quick casual healthy dining.
I frequently come to this location with my three children. The food is always incredible and fresh. The staff is so friendly and always makes a point to say hello to my children which to me is just so sweet.
One woman who works there has been there as long as I can remember. Her name is Yanira- she is incredibly kind and remembers our orders every time. Yanira goes above and beyond to make our dining experience a pleasant one. I just wanted to recognize her amazing work ethic because you hardly see that anymore in fast food.
This is a very convenient location when shopping or going to the the movie theater. The food is fresh and delicious and the staff was friendly, and went above and beyond—especially employee Ever. Highly recommend!

Great staff. The place was pretty busy and the staff had a great attitude and cared for each order. Great drink selection too. Staff also did an impressive cleanup of the kitchen after the lunch rush 🙂.
The food was excellent! I had the Lemon Chicken and I was healthy, tasty, and filling. I recommend that to all. Additionally, the staff was both efficient and quick, which you don’t find much more these days. They also have fountain drinks that are healthier than the average spot. Overall, I recommend this spot if you need something g quick and healthy at the same time.
I tried CAVA for the 1st time time about 3 months ago and I have been in love ever since. The bowls are delicious and it is definitely a step up from Chipotle. I have experienced bad customer service (thus it fell short of a 5 star review) at this location but I've chosen to give them another chance nevertheless.
This is a great place to eat. Mirna is the lady who assisted me in taking my order and she was absolutely wonderful. She was really nice and also has a nice smile. The atmosphere was very peaceful . You can enjoy a good meal and conversation with people without having to holler because it’s to loud. I will definitely be going back to this location. There was another young lady named Monica who also was very helpful . You must stop by this location it’s a good place to eat……
I wish I would have grabbed the names of the employees working on 12/19, they had the best customer service I've received in years and I was at the Ritz last weekend if that means anything to you. Thank you for letting me know great service still exists!
