First let me say our server Mario was great!!! I ate here yesterday cause i wanted the mussels and was ssooooooo disappointed when i was told they ran out 2hrs prior. So ordered the coconut shrimp instead.....it was YUMMY!!!! I ordered the salmon mashed potatoes and fried spinach.....mashed potatoes were really good and the fried spinach was odd but had great flavor and tasted really good with the potatoes. The salmon i didn't eat because it was not done enough for me. The manager ( Curt ) came over and he was awesome!! Made me feel like i was the only person in the place and he was a cutie.... but seriously he was great and i just ordered more shrimp! The costumer service here is Fantastic and would go back here just for this!!!

Went to Firebirds for a birthday celebration and we had a party of 10. Food and service was fantastic. Kids enjoyed the food from the kids menu and the adults were happy. Special kudos to Sydney B for the great service and sending out the cheesecake with a candle!

My husband and I went for Veteran's Day. Both of us served in the Air Force. Our waiter was fantastic. The food was excellent. We have been here before and really enjoy the atmosphere. Glad they had the Veteran's Day discount, it is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Great service, great food. Thank you.
My husband and I consider ourselves to be "regulars" at this location and we always have a great experience. I'd like to give a huge shout out to my girl Melissa, she's the best!

We had the pleasure of dining at Firebirds for a late lunch, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff and greeter were incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome right away. Our waiter was attentive and provided excellent service, while the entire staff worked together seamlessly to bring and clear our food.
We ordered The Chilean Sea Bass, and it was a true delight. The pan-seared fish, sautéed shrimp, and key lime butter sauce created a harmonious blend of flavors that danced on our taste buds. Accompanied by the ancient grains pilaf and seasonal vegetables, the dish was a culinary masterpiece.
What truly elevated the experience was the inviting atmosphere and the presence of genuinely nice people. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, making us feel relaxed and comfortable throughout our meal. Furthermore, it happened to be their Veterans Appreciation Day, which added a special touch to the occasion.

We had a very pleasant dinner there last Tuesday night for dinner. Actually the server Alexis made it better! She is attended and very friendly; left us alone but checked on us from time to time. We had been here for several occasions and enjoyed the food and environment! The steaks we ordered were pretty good but unfortunately the ribeye cut was not uniform and the edge (thinner area) was over cooked. Deviled egg was too cold and over cooked on the egg whites. Well, we’ll go back to try different dishes!
We had a wonderful lunch sitting next to the fireplace. Food here is always great. They are also very accommodating for vegetarians. I was able to remove the meat and replace it with fresh veggies instead. One of our go to places.
Held a surprise birthday party for my husband at this location and could not be happier. The food was delicious, service was exceptional for party of 14 people and the atmosphere was perfect. The manager was very accommodating with special requests and staff friendly and helpful throughout the preparation stage and the party date. Thanks for making this special event go smoothly!
A groups of my friends came for a birthday lunch. Everyone from the hostess to our wait staff were very kind and extremely attentive. For my cocktail, I ordered the Billionaire. It’s like a margarita and martini had a love child. It’s a little on the sweet side but I’d order one again. The presentation is what I think I enjoyed most. The food came out hot and quickly. For appetizers we ordered the lobster spinach dip AND I would absolutely drive another 49 minutes from my house again just for that! We also ordered the deviled eggs which were also a hit. For entrees we ordered the Durango Burger and it was cooked medium well perfectly. The Caesar salad was delish. I wanted dessert but we were stuffed as ticks. Check them out! The bar was beautiful BTW. The cocktail selections is what I’d come back for but the food was great too!
The food was great, the atmosphere was nice and welcoming. All of the staff we interacted with were really friendly, just like our server. I'm not a fan of high top tables, but since there was a wait, we opted for the high-tops. I do wish they had a backrest though.
The food was very good for a chain restaurant. My expectations were exceeded by the amazing service provided by Isaiah! He provided us with quick and efficient service, as well as going above and beyond by giving us bread to appease the two toddlers we had at the table - just amazing! The atmosphere was great. It felt "fancy" but comfortable and relaxed.
We were here Thursday, had a great happy hour prices and food is also great, wish they had fish sliders but they don’t for happy hour.
The top two shelves of the bar is amazing with all their bottles, they don’t use those, only use the bottom shelve, but really looks super nice
Been to the Gainesville location twice on weekdays so it was sorta quiet. I suspect a weekend night would not be to my senior liking due to noise or slow service. However, my visit and service from Angel was stellar!! Food orders and follow-ups were spot on as would be expected from Firebirds. I had a yummy burger with tater tots and also soup and a BLT the other visit. The dining room design was great and I was in no hurry to leave--NOR ever felt pressured to finish up my mid-afternoon dining experience. I would not do that if it was busy, but made the tip worthy of her attentive time. They have good lunch promos and offers sent to my new loyalty account so it makes the higher prices a little more acceptable to me for more visits and a modest drive. Parking is plentiful on a weekday. See you again folks! 👍👍😃
We had a reservation for 4. Our guests arrived early and were seated by the staff.
The service was very good. We were doing a lot of visiting and were given the time we needed. Three of us had Shrimp and Grits. The dish was very good with just a small bit of heat. The sausage included was a bonus. We shared a carrot cake for dessert. The slice of carrot cake was huge.
Visited here, during my birthday week. We made reservations the night before and had no issue. Overall the was pretty good. The drink was okay and service was great. Our waitress was accommodating and had a great personality. Food nor drinks took long during our Thursday night visit. I enjoyed the dessert. Would I visit again?
Went into today for a quick Bite for lunch. We had a wonderful server and experience. This was my first time here and everyone from the host to additional staff were very friendly! The food was tasty and they even have plant base made straws which I found very interesting! I concluded lunch with a crème brûlée cheesecake to go and boy was it yummy ! Definitely would recommend to try this place !
Big thanks to the manager for getting us seated quickly! The entire atmosphere and vibe was great. Food was hot and delicious at a good portion to price. First time at this location and will definitely be back! Wide had the salmon with fondue and I had the Diablo burger
We stopped by for lunch. What a beautiful restaurant. Atmosphere was nice and pleasant. Christina our waitress was pleasant and friendly. She asked us if we had been before and my wife had but I hadn't. So, she explained the menu to me. We ordered the Seared Tuna appetizer which was awesome. Had a slight kick to it but was not overpowering. I ordered the 12 oz Ribeye with loaded baked potato, my wife ordered the Cheeseburger with steak fries. The food was phenomenal and very tasty. The steak was cooked just right. Dustin, the GM came to our table and was very nice and polite. I asked about charitable donations and he explained their philosophy and how they work. You could tell he was all about customer service and he was friendly, polite and professional. Christina too was all about customer service and making sure we were well attended to. We will be back.
Happy Hour drinks and appetizers were good and our waitress was really nice.
Edit: Went there again recently for my dad’s birthday, and they went above and beyond to help us celebrate! The server asked us if we were celebrating anything before taking our order, then once we told them, they congratulated my dad and suggested he leave some space for a sweet surprise. Once we were done with our main dishes, they brought out this adorable mini cake plate with a candle. It was the crème brûlée cheesecake, and it was delicious (my dad doesn’t eat sugar so he gave it away, the gesture itself made him happy though). He also got a birthday card signed by the staff which was very sweet.
We loved this place. It was busy and a bit loud, but the food was delicious. We had ahi and deviled eggs for appetizers and both were delicious. I especially liked the coleslaw that went with the ahi. I forgot to take pictures of our main course, but the prime rib was excellent!
