Went around 10pm last night while heading home to Charlotte. They forgot part of our order (we pulled away then checked the bag) then told us if we wanted the missing food, we had to get back in the drive thru line that was at that point 6 cars deep. My husband said just give it to me at the window (the car there said it was absolutely fine with them) and the manager refused. Horrible service. You screw up and forget food, the customer has to come back for it and THEN you want to make them wait in ANOTHER line of cars??? Repulsive.

When we first pulled up to the drive thru, there was one car at the window (not very busy at all) We waited for 5ish minutes before they finally (rudely) acknowledged us and then we waited a bit longer before they actually took our order. They were out of ALL beans which disappointed me. When we got to the window we got our food and they didn't give us our drink or a receipt. For a Large Baja Blast, two nacho fries and two chicken quesadillas it was $17 and high change. Our fries weren't even crisp, they were soggy and lukewarm.

Rude. 25.15 and the food was not good. The chicken quesadilla was burnt, and sitting. The young lady gave us a coin dollar bill and we asked can we get a 1.00 bill. She rudely replied we don’t have cash and walked off. I’m guessing no one wanted to work on Memorial Day. Taco meat. Nasty.

Entire meal was wrong. Set in line for ever for 3 cars then tried to check bag before leaving had car behind us blowing horn A lot!! Pulled over about 2 miles away and didn't get anything we ordered NOTHING! Was to mad and hungry to go back. Don't go to Taco Bell in Gaffney SC.

I should not spend 12 bucks and still be hungry you can't call it a burrito if it's the size of my finger I also did not get a receipt this is consistently the worst taco bell in the nation

I've rarely gotten service at a fast food restaurant as great as what I recently received at this location. I won't often eat fast food because of the terrible service and even worse food. I'm blown away with this location, however. They are clean, friendly and, even though they are making everything as ordered, they are FAST and the meal was Taco Bell perfection!!!!! Good job, 🌮 🔔 🥳

36 dollars at Taco Bell for a hand full of tacos I can remember when you could go get a bag full it was never 36 dollars now i see why nobody is never there asked for extra sour cream 61 cent for each sour cream the food was cold and falling apart I have not been there in a long time and I will not be back you can go to a good pace and pay 36 dollars and get your money’s worth I asked for extra sour cream on my taco they didn’t put any on it I guess we paying for the remodeling yes. I know the cost of everything went up but this place is sorry 😡
