Wendy's

Food was good. Service not so much. Forced to sit in Drive through for 20 minutes because door where locked at 9 pm. Had I not ordered online, to speed things up, I would have just bailed but they had my money already. When I finally got to the window there was no sense of urgency by anyone. I also saw why the person had difficulty hearing at the speaker. Headset on one ear earbud in the other.

Pulled up to drive thru late last night. 2 cars ahead of me and 3 cars to right in parking lot. People were standing, smoking at those cars, playing music loud. I then watch 2 of them walk across and go into Wendy's (They were the workers hanging out with friends as the line grew) Highly recommend going up the road to another Wendy's.

Sat at the drive thru menu for 3 minutes before anyone took my order. Asked for 1 Single with cheese wit no ketchup no mustard and no pickles. With no one in front of me, it took them about 5 minutes to fix this 1 burger. I paid the required price and took it home to my mother. When she took a bite, guess what she bit into...a burger with no cheese with only ketchup mustard and pickles.

Usually our go to Wendy's, but only because it's closest. Ordered breakfast at the drive-thru this morning (3-4-22 at around 9:30ish), and about half the order was given wrong. Got the 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits fine, almost had a honey butter-less honey butter chicken biscuit but luckily caught that at the menu. But my plain CHICKEN biscuit is just a biscuit with a cup of butter. The fruit bites I ordered are nowhere to be found. My vanilla Frosty-cino is just an iced coffee, no vanilla frosty flavor mix to enjoy. And no receipt given. I'm highly disappointed and as bitter as my iced coffee. Do better!

Was charged $21 but didn't get anything I actually ordered! Which was a chicken biscuit combo, two additional chicken biscuits, a baconator biscuit, and two orders of wedges. What I got was three sausage biscuits and some wages, I know what I got was nowhere near the cost of what I ordered or paid for! I didn't realize I had the wrong thing until I got all the way home I contacted Wendy's online but they did absolutely nothing about it! I won't eat there again!
