WORST PLACE TO WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY... I FEEL PITY FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS TODAY AS THEY WERE PAYING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY AND WERE BEING FOOLED BY GETTING SERVED COLD/WARM STALE brew Coffee. After a long tiring drive every customer prefers to have Hot freshly brewed coffee There are so many coffee brands in the country but STARBUCKS is a trusted brand. Very disappointed... This outlet has 4 school teenagers.... they have no sense of Hospitality, courtesy, politeness. I wasted my time. Ordered tall Pike place coffee.. Drive thru.. it was cold.. went back in again... No one at the counter to attend any customer. All 4 were busy in something... after long wait asked for replacement for a hot pike place coffee... again a cold stale coffee was served... Complained and returned the coffee and asked for replacement or refund.. Long wait and freshly brewed coffee was served. I wasted 30 min for 1 cup of coffee... PATHETIC !!!! Horrible experience. We waited 30 minutes for our order, and it was incorrect when we got it. We asked for a splash of cream, but got what looked like a glass of milk. When we told them there was too much cream, they dumped out half and handed it back. That's thinking outside the box, huh? We paid for a full cup with a splash of cream, not half a glass of milk. Having already waited 30 minutes we just took it and left. They acted like we were the problem....how dare we expect good service. Couldn't help but notice the tip jar is by the register, not by the pickup counter. Sign of the times I guess. Never again. Dunkin Donuts for me from now in. Corporate, if you are reading this you have a real problem.

Fun atmosphere; depending on who is working. Why? Initial training standards seem mildly enforced. I like my drink a certain way, doesn't everyone? Recently a drink was made for my party and mocha was the request. The drink was white chocolate mocha. Wrong. Please actually listen? Upon request mocha was just added to the white mocha. Wrong. New drink is required. when non-experienced but more tenure workers tell starters to just add flavor to the drink? it's never going to be what the customer asked for. Consistency is key.

Every time I'm in there I hear them encouraging eachother and saying good job, keep it up, you're learning so quick, thanks for helping me catch up happy rush hour lets get thru it guys etc. Great team work and the service shows it!

Do Not Stop Here if you are traveling!!! This place will take up AT LEAST 20 mins of your life. Waited a ridiculous amount of time for 2 drinks and i had to tell them to add the other stuff so it can look like what i actually ordered. I would say it's because they might be understaffed but i don't think that's the issue. This place is just slow and it's dirty and not stocked properly! The baristas don't even communicate with eachother about whats out so they can tell the customer BEFORE they order.

Two stars, because I now have a location for the worst Frappuccino I’ve ever had. Flavorless, milk on the bottom, too icy… just the worst. Bad enough that I was compelled to write a review. Store is dirty, only one bathroom was working, good thing the health inspector didn’t stop by.
