Krystal's Restaurant

Pulled through drive through and employee was rude on the intercom, I placed my order and was waiting on my total and the employee asked me if I was wanting to order anything else in a very rude tone and I said no that's it and she said well pull forward then, at the window I informed the employee I would be using tap to pay and she was like we don't take that I said okay and was handing her my card and asked for the first responder discount cause I was in uniform and in the ambulance and she informed me that they didn't give anyone discounts and continued to be rude then over charged my card

Sorry guys I really wanted to enjoy your restaurant however the break plate 3 times have been disappointing. The biscuit each visit has been hard and the eggs weren't cooked to my liking. I had returned them on my last visit due to no cheese added as I paid for it and of course a hard biscuit. Your dinner/lunch items are cold and seems to have sat for a while before serving and prepared badly to the point I have to remake my Krystals or burger upon receiving my order. Customer service is a 5 but the quality of the food is bad.
