Its not worth a penny anymore. The burgers are not as tasty, the fries were not even hot or salted. Don't bother to do a survey or email them about your experience, all you receive is a "thank you for your input" and a free coupon for ice cream..........for a machine that never works.

Ordered nuggets kids meal. Nothing special but fries were on the cold side and not very tasty. Was an average visit, lobby was closed. Waitress was friendly and I was thankful for that.

The intercom system apparently has an issue as the cashier kept saying she couldn't hear me despite my yelling directly into the mic. Got our order wrong. I asked the person at the young man at the pickup window to check our order and he just looked at me blankly like he didn't understand what I was saying. I repeated several times and he looked around like looking for someone to talk to me.

This is literally the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. There food is terrible. I was the only one in the drive through and still got cold fries, cold and burnt burgers🤮🤮🤮🤢 I give this place a 0.

Placed order on their app. Got to window didn't have our order on screen but still took money off my card. Now gotta call manager to get straightened out to refund my money

I love McDonalds so I keep going back even after more than a few negative experiences. The drive thru is very slow and we have found our order wasn't correct or the food seemed thrown together with no regard for appearance.

Its still a great value for your dollar , but with the recent changes , if you dont have a car or truck it is very difficult to get anything. Being that i was on foot i expected some difficulty but to park the car a head of me and me. Only to servie them a then 3 more cars after me before i asked . And im guessing someone was missing or wrong order cause there was cheese on a chicken sandwich that i asked for standard. Wow the only time i dont ask for special items they get it wrong and takes the most time.
