Pizza Hut

Super quick delivery and the pizza was hot and very fresh. We normally order dominoes but we’re quickly reminded how delicious pizza hut is! It’s just very expensive. For one pizza it was like $23 if you wanted one of the “special order” ones, but the deal pizzas with 1-3 toppings was a little more affordable.

I told the delivery driver in the “delivery notes” section online to leave the food at my front door for contactless delivery. So what do they do? They leave the food outside my patio door in the middle of November at night and don’t even knock or ring the bell to tell me it’s arrived… I’ll never order food from this store again. Do yourself a favor and go to Columbia to get food. It’s worth the drive.

We ordered 4 pizzas and only one was hot and fresh. The other pizzas were cold and the dough was old and flat and was supposed to be hand tossed. One of the pizzas did not have any sauce at all. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite pizza place but this one has ruined it for us. The pizzas were delivered in a timely manner and the delivery driver was friendly and professional so that was a plus. And when I tried to use the receipt we got, it was the wrong one that did not have the code required to do the survey, this happens a lot with Pizza Hut in the last couple of years. I guess if guest cannot take the survey, then the upper management will not see the poor performance reviews. That was $50 down the drain!

I scheduled my order for when I would be arriving home. It came 20 minutes early. Nothing like cold food. Don’t ask for a delivery time if you are not going to follow it. When I called to complain, he said he was swamped and the only one there. He said sorry just that’s the best we can do. After stating I was calling corporate he then said he would bring hot ones. The delivery driver was a blessing. Very friendly and apologetic.
