I’m giving 5 stars so people will see this however it should be nothing. Last night I went through the drivethru and it wasn’t busy. I placed my order which was done correctly. Pulled up to the pickup window and was told they were waiting on my drink and said here is your food. I checked it all to make sure I got it all. Everything was there, however it wasn’t until later on that I discovered that my 10 piece McNugget wasn’t nuggets at all. They had put three chocolate chip cookies in a 10 piece McNugget box. I don’t know why they would do this at all since there are special bags for bakery items and if they are out of those they can put them in a small regular bag that they package your order in.

Not bad overall. Ordered this spicy nuggets meal solely and was told the total was 10$ and change, much to my chagrin after the sign was pretty straightforward on the price of $5.49. Initial order-taker was not so friendly nor helpful yet I knew when I got to the window I'd find someone rational to further discuss. Axel saved the day, This man needs a raise as he's a customer service star. He couldn't nor wouldn't argue with the "undeniable proof" as he put it and gave me the advertised price no problem. Seems like he was doing everyone's job there. Thanks, Axel.

I have never really been a big fan of McDonald's food however I love their steak egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches. The atmosphere is very technologically advanced and clean.

Order from app to save on most things on menu. They run better deals on app and save up rewards points for future visits. Quick service and food is always hot qnd fresh. Staff seems very nice.

Showed up at noon and facility became very busy. Waited almost 15 minutes for a good size online order to be brought out to the car. But the order is correct and food is good.

The McDonalds in Fulton isn't too bad. There have certainly been a few times where my order was mixed up, but they are always willing to rectify the situation. After stopping at a McDonalds in Oswego after work one night, I didn't check my order until I got home and found it completely wrong, so I brought it to the location in Fulton and they were very kind and made me the correct order.

My boyfriend and I brought my 2 year old daughter here. I was worried because there isn't a play place but she honestly was entertained with the people watching. We enjoyed our visit the staff were polite and professional to the point of helpful. Noco even held the door open for us up on entry. They exchanged the toy for my daughter and were super friendly and nice. I wish ours in Auburn was like this! Will definitely visit again

Friendly Employees and the wait was short... If YOU HAVE DIVERTICULITIS OR FALSE TEETH YOU CAN ORDER A POTATO BUN INSTEAD OF THE REGULAR SEED BUN ... I CANNOT EAT SEEDS ... HOPE THIS HELPS!
