I don't usually review fast food places, but this place deserves it. Friendly customer service and always gets our order right. I was exceptionally impressed today by Jorge, who was working the drive thru by himself. Even though he was busy, he was so friendly and efficient. Gave us all the ranch we wanted, no attitude attached. I haven't had customer service like that in a drive thru....I don't think ever. Give Jorge a promotion!

The drive thru was crazy long, so I opted to go inside. I was pleasantly surprised how clean the restaurant was, finally...and how fast the service was.

This Jack in the box had great service. The cashier was polite and did an awesome job taking my order. When I received my food it was hot and fresh. The dining area was clean.

We go to the one on rosecrans and Euclid Kama and it is always excellent. If we have ever had a problem all we do is call and they immediately tell us to come and within the week and they will fix it and. That is excellent service for the customers...Peggee Marcano
