Update: I went there again since the last review. I gotta say I am woman who doesn’t have a huge appetite, but the portion of noodle soup is too small. I can finish a whole bowl of noodle and still feeling not very full. Hope they can improve on that!

Best beef noodle soup in town! I’ve gone to so many beef noodle restaurants and by far this one spot on with the soup. Very rich in flavor and seasoning, you can taste the herb and spice. Noodles are chewy but not soggy. Good texture. Service is good too. Worth to visit

Heard some really great things about this place and finally came in. The food is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend getting the knife-cut noodles with the signature beef noodle soup.
They make the noodles fresh in house and even have a viewing area to see. We also ordered their XLB and beef pancake.
The service was absolutely stellar as the staff are super attentive (not to mention attractive staff as well).
The place overall had a nice vibe - restaurant but also felt somewhat homely. The restaurant was also pretty clean as well and has a decent amount of space.
If it weren't for the prices (and also the nightmare parking lot), I'd definitely come again.

The signature beef noodle soup is perfection. I love that I can customize the noodle thickness/chewiness. I ask for it less spicy which makes it just spicy enough for me. I also appreciate that they use real chopsticks and dishware when you're dining in instead of single use ones.

Go early to beat the lines. I tried the signature noodles and it was great. Best for those who don't like to try anything funky or too spicy. Plenty of nice staff members to serve you cold ice water too. Everything was clean, tasty, and fresh.

Great soup. Had the chicken noodle and the signature beef noodle soup and the cumin lamb side. Everything was delicious and the service was great. Everything came out fast.

My buddy wanted to try this Noodle St. after the Dodger game. We got the table right away. I was amazed that the noodle is made right there in the restaurant!!! Hand-made dumplings and cooked on the spot! So, that means everything is fresh. You can choose from four different types of noodles: Standard Riund, Small Flat, Triangle, or Knife Cut. My Shrimp Stir Fry Noodle was very tasty and very satisfying to my stomach.

The food was good; not super amazing but it was solid. The noodles were great and the soup was lovely. The service was fantastic, everyone was so nice! My fave is the black vinegar and chili oil on the table.

Always right choice. Yummy and affordable! Thanks noodle st for opening at late nights so that I can still dine in and have fresh noodles or rice plates after 9pm when I don’t wanna cook at home. Service is good too! My favorites are lamb skewers, egg with tomato over rice and signature beef noodle soup. Lamb skewers are must try!!
