It's nice to see this location is taking COVID-19 seriously. Dining room and in-store kiosk were closed. Ordered from app for extra deals and picked up at the counter. Even with a steady flow of people at the register order only took minutes to process.

The people are great here! Everything else was perfect, too! Jessica greeted me outside and later at the table. Gigi, behind the counter, was super personable! A reflection on management!

Ordered a double qpc deluxe, got a regular double qpc. It was super greasy and really good though. Fries were a bit soggy but perfectly salted.

Very slow with inaccurate orders and newly remodeled but not kept clean. Changing table in ladies restroom has been broken for over a year. They send staff on breaks without having the lobby and bathrooms cleaned first leaving no where to sit. Very poor management! NEW...4/7/18 employee waiting on customers wasting a dirty hoody... very unprofessional...NEW...11/18/20 ordered 2 quarter pounders w/ cheese and someone cooked the meat on the cheeseburger setting so it was squished flat and like shoe leather.

Mc Donalds in general is the same wherever you go. My 2 star complaint is about the app. Where I work is equidistant from 2 stores. Every time I get on the app to order food it wants me to go to the store that is out of the way for me rather than the one on my way. No big deal i just need to change the store. I did and placed my order. I show up to pick up my food and the manager says that will be 8.65. I told him I paid on the app. It did not come through but the order did. He was going to give me the food for free but I said no if it didnt go through i will pay for it. After I get my food I open my bank app and it shows two charges to Mcdonalds. One to the store I was just at (that i paid for in store) and the other for the store the app tried to send me to. I called the store and explained the situation to the person on the phone ( how I ordered at a different mcdonalds and got my food and paid for it but the charge went to his store). At first he keeps saying we didnt get an online order. I said I know you only got the payment. He even knew how much the payment was. I told him I just wanted them to void the payment since they did not get the order and he refused. This guy would not give me the money back even though he acknowledged they never made the order. This was the Mcdonalds on hwy 60 in Lake Wales FL. The one in Frost Proof was more than accommodating to me in thw situation. How the app sends the order to one store and ths payment to ths other is anyones guess but the rudeness of the manager in not simply voiding a payment for an order they did not fill is even worse.

I was halfway though my breakfast order and the employee told me breakfast was over. So we ordered lunch and waited 15 minutes for a few burgers that were all wrong. I asked for salt packets for my fries and she said they were out of salt packets. I highly recommend skipping this place.
