This was a great place to go to after skiing. When we arrived we thought there were long lines but the line was pretty quick. We ordered the XL combination pho and it absolutely hit the spot. The Thai tea was pretty good, normally other places it's really sweet but it was good here.

It was very soothing to have a big bowl of pho with tendon, brisket and veggies after a day of snowboarding! I like the clear broth and vegetables & tofu toppings. The chicken wings with house special fish sauce might be too salty.

Good pho (minced steak, combination, or kid's), a bit sweet broth; very good Vietnamese coffee (not too sweet- my preference). Medium size is equivalent to Large size in other places.
FYI, there is also a bar to have wines/vodka/tequila/whiskey.

Good food, service is decent. As for pho in summit county, this is one of the best. I ordered the pork spring roll, small pho with rare steak & brisket, & a java chip boba. The spring rolls were served in plastic wrap. I recommend to anyone craving pho in the Dillon/Silverthorne area

This place serves less than average Vietnamese food. The flavors and ingredients aren't super great and too vastly different from their advertised photos on their menu.
Colorado probably isn't the place to be looking for super authentic Vietnamese food, but definitely don't come here if that is what you're seeking.

Good Vietnamese restaurant in Silverhorne. The bowl sizes are pretty big so make sure you have enough appetite. The Vietnamese coffee was out of the world. We ordered Lychee Boba and it is pretty decent. For food we ordered Cajun Chicken wings and Crab cheese wanton. Both items were delicious. We tried Veggie Pho, Pho Bay and P17(Chicken and Shrimp). All the bowls were very good and hot making it very soothing for the cold weather.

Delicious food at a very reasonable price despite being located in a mountain town. The portions were well worth the price and the seaweed salad was my favorite. I almost couldn’t finish there was so much food! Great beer selections as well. Will definitely be back soon, thank you again for the quick service and hot food on a cold, snowy day!
