I need to start this off by saying I am 1000% gluten free and NEVER go to German anything. It was absolutely incredible! They offer gluten free and vegan friendly sausages, and even a few ciders. Everything was out of this world and we were highly impressed! It was a little bit of a wait on a Friday night but very worth it! There is seating available outside and inside. Please take the time to visit this place!!

Great experience. The sausage sampler is a good way to go if you want to try different flavors. The patio is dog friendly and they have good beer too. Staff were friendly and service was good.

Stopped at Ein Prosit for dinner while on a detour through Frisco (thanks I-70) and glad we did! Impressive selection of sausages and great German beers on tap! Hard to beat a cold Weihenstephaner after a long day on the slopes. Cool atmosphere as well. We will be back!

This was our 1st time here and we loved it, the Duck (almost reminded me of foie gras) and Elk Jalapeño Cheddar sausage was very good. We all enjoyed our pretzels with cheese. Service was good also considering they had only two people doing everything. Cool store to look through with some history to the building. We will definitely visit again and so should you.

All star team, just two people ran an entire afterhours bar. Incredible. Personal favorites were the cheese sausage, smoked sausage, and duck cilantro sausage. Venison sausage was pretty tasty too. On point root beer floats as well! Only constructive comment is- the English cider is definitely very dry (as is written on the bottle), not semi-dry (as is written on the menu).

We always love stopping here for dinner while in Breckenridge! The best sausage and some great potato salad! Wonderful atmosphere! The venison brat is soooo good!

Authentic German beer, delicious and unique sausages and classic homemade pretzels--this place was great! On top of the quirky decor, they also have multiple homemade mustards and sauerkraut to choose from to add to your order free of charge. Oh yeah, and they carry the #1 beer in the world!

If you like German food, especially sausage you have to stop here. There aren’t any frills with Prosit, what you see is what you get and it’s great. A wide variety of sausages and authentic German food makes for a good meal if you’re into it. They also have massive glass steins for German beer. Give it a try!
