Last week I parked by the broken gas pump because there was No where else to park. I'm a senior citizen and a disabled veteran. The little guy , that's always smoking cigarettes , started yelling at me in front of a store full of customers and 2 other employees ,who did nothing but laugh. " What are you doing, you can't just park there, that's a broken gas pump, it's broken and you can't park by it." All the customers couldn't believe that he was taking to a customer like this, I was shocked to. I spend several $100 every week Here. And I was in here the other night and I said something to him and he answered back, " I don't have time and want to talk to you, because I have other things that I am doing here. " My guys , I work with , and local authorities said that they have had a lot of Problems with his Attitude. Sincerely, Charles.

This newer guy they have (pictured) on late shift always puts up a “Sorry We Are Closed Be Back in 30 Minutes”. It’s only when he works. He’s not cleaning or sanitizing anything. Pandemic is over, masks are over, this employee is just shutting down the store for hours just playing on his phone. I asked him why he has the sign up all night and he will be back in 30 minutes because I’ve come back 2 hours later and he still has it up there. His English is very bad but he told me if I take this picture that I’m posting now, that he will keep the store closed all night till morning every time he works. Well dude, you’re doing that anyway and only when you work. I know the other late night people because I work late and stop in at 2-3am almost nightly. P.S. can I have a job locking up the store all night then playing with my phone and get paid? I’m sure all the other employees would love to just keep the 7-11 closed and get paid.

BEEN CALLING THIS STORE FOR SOME DAYS TO SEE IF A WALLET WAS TURNT IN BUT I GUESS IM GONNA HAVE TO DRIVE WAY OUT THERE BECAUSE THEY DON'T AND WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE.. IT'S BAD SERVICE TO ME AND WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME OUT OF ME .. I WILL BE POSTING THIS ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLETS.. IT'S RIDICULOUS... I KNOW SOMEBODY HEARS THE PHONE ON ONE OF THESE SHIFTS

I realized I had dropped my work utility knife in their restroom as I was driving back to work from lunch. I called over 50 times in an hour long period after and not once did they ever answer.... Now at 1:45-3:00p not once one of the three employees staffed could be bothered to answer the phone??!! Seriously
