Wendy's

I've been to this Wendy's location multiple times never had an issue, today was a totally different story. I waited in line to order for a long time, when I finally got to the intercom box they made me wait for another 5 minutes before taking my order. I went around 3:00 so it definitely wasn't a lunch rush, they were literally just taking two cars in the line at a time. When I finally received my order it tasted like the french fries had been fried again or had been left in the fryer for too long. Did not taste good at all. The chicken sandwich was probably the worst thing I've ever gotten in a drive-thru. It tasted like it had been left out all day and then fried 6 times, it was the worst! My entire lunch is inedible, I am on my way to a meeting and did not have time to waste and now I have to go to my meeting hungry and late. So not happy with this experience!

The food... Well the food is Wendy's, it's exactly what you expect Wendy's to be. However... The service here is SO good, like awkwardly good! The last few times we've been served by Gerald (wears a different name tag) and he is just so welcoming, friendly, and personal. Truly recommend coming here.

CRAIG is Very rude!!! I stood in line for 14min and was never acknowledged. There was about 6 of us in line and he never looked up at us. Plus he don’t wear gloves and he constantly wipes sweat from his forehead, wipes the sweat on his pants then he goes and grab food!! Good thing I only got a drink but I think that is very unsanitary and very unprofessional of him. Good customer service goes along way, a “we’ll be right with you” would’ve been nice. Anyone can watch the camera and see the complaints that I just mentioned. I’m disgusted 🤢

I spent at good 15 -20 minutes standing at the counter and nobody thought to say we will be right with you or even a hello. They were so concerned with the drive through that the people inside just weren’t important. Haven’t eaten at Wendy’s in years and I give it a chance and that’s the service I get or should I say DIDNT GET. Absolutely atrocious behaviors and flat out unnecessary treatment of customers. Thanks for nothing!!

Absolutely the worst place you will ever see. Kitchen nightmares makes this place look outstandingly beautiful. Never come here if you do doordash, they say you must go inside for a mobile order but doors are locked with 20+ cars in drive thru, then proceed to ignore every phone call as I am standing outside the window watching the phone ring with them right next to it.

I cannot believe that I just saw at this establishment, people handling food with no gloves! Sanitary precautions shouldn't be a slacking behavior especially now or ever. I was so disgusted. I just ended up throwing my food away. I also recorded this as they were handling many orders without gloves. I caught my order on camera being handled without gloves and I definitely will be reporting this location to the Public Sanitation and Food Safety Unit.
