Awful!! The dining room was filthy. Every table had food, trash, or greasy handprints on it. Nobody at the register. I waited 12 minutes to have an order taken. The manager was totally uninterested in any feedback. With so many of these restaurants around, I will avoid visiting this one going forward.

Asked for no salt… I think they put the fries in the fryer for a few seconds instead of making new ones and just dumped them in the bag because these were absolutely drenched in oil. Also halfway through the fries had salt on them so they couldn’t be bothered to even make a whole fry salt free. Really disgusting

Horrible experience!
We wanted to try McDonalds after pretty long time but it just added disappointment.
1. Waited in the drive-through lane for more than fifteen minutes.
2. Order taker is a sloth. That’s the root cause of the wait.
3. Besides, the kid at the second window is eating while serving. I was literally shocked and asked him to wash hands before handing over my order.
4. Finally, wrong order was served first while the order still missing the exact order.

Line was not long but they took some time to actually deliver the food, the place is small but location is near where I work so it was big plus. I went on my break but honest i wouldn't go again at least not on my break it was 7 p.m not that many cars and service was slow

I ordered online from Uber eats and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a SPRITE
.once it came to my door step I saw it just came with fries and the sandwich. I spent $15.37 for that.bad experience never buying from McDonald’s anymore.

Bruh I just wanted a freaking plain cheeseburger, please tell me what the point was in DRENCHING this thing in ketchup and pickles???? Please I would love to know, you don’t have to go above and beyond as a McDonald’s worker but I would like to know what made you go above and beyond on my PLAIN cheeseburger???? It’s just cheese and a patty, do you want me to starve? Is that your goal? Give customers the wrong food so they can’t eat it and starve?? I could be allergic to ketchup and die bc YOU decided to DRENCH a PLAIN cheeseburger in it. I hate you. Thank you for reminding me why I was anorexic in the first place. Funny how my total was 7.77 BUT IT WASNT LUCKY AT ALL. Disrespectfully, I hope you close down and Whataburger replaces you. Have a horrendous day.

Friday was literally the 4th time in the last 2 months that I received EGG SHELLS IN MY EGG McMuffin from this location, and it never happened before in my many years of Egg McMuffins until this location. The first event was gross but forgiven as I have always been grateful to McDonald's for serving a real egg, and the subsequent events were alarming, disgusting, and extremely disappointing. Friday, the first bite had SHELL! And it bothered me so much that I opened the sandwich to see if I could see any SHELLS that were visible, and I was shocked to see THREE MORE LARGE EGG SHELL pieces right on the surface of the egg! This is rediculous and unacceptable. I tried to call the store with no answer.
