Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered online at least 12 times as this location is very close to my office. The last two orders were bad. The 1st literally did not have meat on it. I ordered with chicken and no chicken in the bowl when I opened. Today, I ordered the same bowl with chicken and was happy to see there was chicken however, there was about 6 pieces of half-inch chicken pieces. That's dumb.

Very disappointing. We love Chipotle's but they were out of grilled vegetables, which are my wife and my favorite ingredient next the meat entry. Almost left but went ahead and ordered since we could eat half, take the rest home, and scramble up some veggies for later. Sorry I made that decision. Both our chicken and Babacoa were not cut, just lumps. There were plenty of helpers but the trash cans were overflowing and tables not very clean. Too expensive for poor service.

Won't be going back to this location.!! The girl employee was extremely rude to me I don't know what the issue was. First of all if you have multiple customers food In front waiting for whatever reasons you shouldn't start my order because it will also be sitting and getting cold.!! But that's besides the point.!! The real issue is being disrespectful and passive aggressive to customers. I asked for chicken and she said we don't have anymore when there was a pan behind her.!!! Her coworker looked at her and said you have some behind you and she ROLLED HER EYES and ignored him he said it again and with attitude she turned around to get it while she mumbled.!! So she was being a child and trying to pretend they didn't have chicken to I guess upset me.!!! I mean you’re in customer service you can’t act like that.!! Anyways moving forward....We all know chipotle is stingy with portions but this girl was extremely stingy with my chicken not even close to the normal amount they give you. I politely asked can I have a LITTEL BIT EXTRA .!! She goes you want extra and gave me an attitude and a look!! I said no just a little tiny bit more ( b/c it wasn't even the right amount to begin with). She passively puts one chicken in my taco.!! Which is down right rude and uncalled for.!! Even her coworker looked at her in disbelief like what are you doing... right then I just left. I'm not paying for disrespect, attitude and to be treated like that.!! I don't know what her problem was that day maybe she's having a tough day but don't treat customers like that .!! I ended up calling the manger and he seemed not to care.!! He just said okay sorry yeah sorry but didn't seem genuine at all.!! I will be talking to corporate not to get anything out of it but hopeful so they can see how that store is being run and how customers are being treated.!! Wont be back to this location but will give another chi

I've given this location several chances but each time I go I feel as if I am a burden to the employees. They are very unfriendly and seem very bothered with your order. The root of this issue is management. The manager obviously does not manage his/her employees and allows this type of behavior, show your employees some direction and discipline so they will enjoy their jobs and stop taking it out on the paying customer! 🙄

I love chipotle but never going back to this branch. Staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. The guy behind the trail seems very annoyed and added a large spoon full of red- sauce to my elderly mother’s bowl. She couldn’t eat anything. After her first bite her tongue and lips were swollen. Worst experience ever!!!

Online order to Chipotle at this location was a total disaster. Veggie burrito bowl with Sofritas had hardly any Sofritas in it. I also ordered their salad bowl with the new Chicken Posada. There was literally no chicken in it. Are they penny pinching now? I would never order Chipotle again. That's one customer gone forever.
