The worker I dealt with had a bad attitude and was really pushy when trying to make my selection. When I received my drinks they were not completely full. For the price you pay for these smoothies you should get a full cup. On a positive note the drinks did taste really good.

Went into the store that I’ve always went to because it’s conveniently close to where I live. They were out of peanut butter, so I couldn’t get my go-to smoothie. I asked for a refund and wasn’t acknowledged. The young man took someone else’s order after I advised I had to be at work, as he just had me standing there waiting. I got a call this morning at 7am from a managers attempt to remedy the situation. She was helpful, however I didn’t appreciate my sleep being interrupted before 8am in the morning, which I do believe is unlawful.

We ordered online and waited for 30 mins. They got lots of orders wrong including ours. The staff looked super confused and the service was not good.

Workers need to know if they offer deals on items such as 2 for 1 enhancers or etc. Not being informed or lack of is a issue where a customer would have been thrilled to come again....

Wait long time to get my smoothie, the taste was horrible, I ask for a remaked, they didn't want to do it, then i, ask for a refund and they didn't get me a refund either 😤😠

*first time here* Should have listened to the reviews. One of the worst Smoothie Kings. Never even received my order. Whoever is doing the hiring needs to be more selective on who they hire. I called over the phone to try to locate the store and the only employee there did not even know what stores were next to him or where the store was. He called me “incompetent” and was very rude. This happened 11/03/21 at 2pm.

Least favorite Smoothie King location. $8 for a smoothie means I expect the cup to actually be full. Every time I get a smoothie here, there's almost half a inch of space left until the lid. Meanwhile, at the location more north on Preston will give you a small sample cup with the overflow. Since both locations are equi-distant from my work, I'll be going to the one that actual makes my money worth it --- and that's not this location.
