Ordered a vegan mango kale. It was made improperly. Manager told employees.."hey that has no kale its wrong". Employee proceeds to ignore and attempt to give me smoothie "without" the kale I just paid for! Then git an attitude that I wanted it "with" kale! I'll stick to the Allen location.....they would NEVER!

I get a smoothie here at least once weekly. Always make it nice and tasty, never had a problem - I get the vegan dark chocolate 🍫 banana 🍌 Usually very friendly when I’m there as well! 😁 thanks so much

I love smoothie king and with cancer this has become a staple for me. Yesterday I ordered online ahead of time. The app said it would be ready by 5:33 (and I dont expect that to be accurate all the time). But I got there about 5:35 and there were 2 people waiting on smoothies. My smoothie isn’t ready and in the meantime a man walks in and orders. There are 3 employees, one goes to the back while the other 2 mosey around with no urgency. 1 seems to making a smoothie but doesn’t look so sure of himself while the girl just slowly walked around working in others. The man who ordered after all of us gets his smoothie first. I didn’t get my smoothie until 5:48. I don’t mind if they are busy, but please teach your staff some urgency and don’t go to the back if you can help customers get served out front. I will be back but hoping for better service

My wife just picked me up this new smoothie called immune builder superfood veggie. So, is this what it’s supposed to look like? It’s like I’m drinking a salad. It’s chunky and the ice isn’t broken up. This can’t be right. Maybe double blend these if they are that chunky. It’s basically undrinkable.

This was my first time at a Smoothie King and I plan on returning! The lady who helped us at the cashier was incredibly friendly and patient as my friends and I decided on our orders. The menu was clear and concise, making it easy for a newbie such as myself or a long time customer to understand. I went with the slim trim strawberry smoothie with a diet enhancer and it was so good!!

One of the girls working here is terrible at making smoothies. Way to thick and tastes awful. It’s the second time this has happened with the same employee, learn how to make a good smoothie!
