Wingstop

Today is 5/14/2022, 4:00 PM. I visited this wing stop. Ordered three combos and I promise you this was the best wing stop I’ve visited since I moved to Texas! Great customer service! The place was very clean, staff friendly and fast! I will make this my to go to spot! Thank you All that worked this shift!

Called in order at 5:20PM ans was told the order will be ready in 20-25 minutes. It’s now nearly 1 hour later and the staff says they have two new people working way behind . This is not acceptable for this type of establishment. I should of gone to WingSnob they’re wings are fresh never frozen and are delicious. I’m so happy WingSnob is opening more locations in the DFW area.

Worstttt service ever. After asking for a manager to assist and override an issue, the disgruntled cashier (with the blonde wig) broke the foam cup that she was holding because she was just THAT frustrated with me, the PAYING customer. (At this point I’m shaking with fear lol.. yeah right) After the resolution, I departed and the employee yelled across the floor in an attempt to be “nice” with a parting greeting “have a good night” (sarcastically of course). Why are you as a “grown” adult acting so immature ? If you want to be served by adults acting like children, actually worse than children this is definitely the location for you! (Thankful for the manager who assisted however - I’d give her personally five stars and a raise for having to coexist in a workspace with such an awful human being)

We ordered takeout for dinner tonight, and it was fantastic as usual!! The wings are huge and very filling. They are a bit on the greasy side but are great as long as you wipe the excess grease off. Wingstop has the best lemon pepper wings around!! I also love the garlic Parmesan. We tried the BBQ, Hawaiian and the classic hot. They were all delicious. My son loved the french fries, too. The ranch dressing is yummy, as well. It taste like it's made in house and not from a jar. We tried the Voodoo fries but didn't really care for them. They use a cheese sauce instead of real cheese. This makes for very soggy fries. Stick with the regular fries. Although, this was no big deal to us. We went for the wings. It was very easy to use their online ordering app. You can place the order in advance and choose the pickup time. They were hot and ready when my son arrived to pick them up. I might need to go back tomorrow, even though we still have leftovers. 😁
