The ambience, the food and the service have particularly surprised me as Indian restaurants in Dallas do not offer much of an upscale experience. The quality of the food is incredible and since they give us a choice of sauces which could go with various ingredients, it’s quite an interesting ride for our tastebuds. Also it’s a sister restaurant of India Palace, which assures us the promise of a good culinary journey. The owner was there a couple of times when we visited, who is always open to a great discussion about Indian food and the manager is very professional and friendly. Staff were very prompt during service and were exceptionally pleasant to interact with.

From the last time I came here, the restaurant was moved to a new place with a new decor and that was good, but in about the food quality, I think I was more satisfied before. The chicken pieces in the chicken Curry were dry, the rice was a little dry too, I wasn't bad at all and I may come here again to try other items.

What a pleasant surprise !! Had goat curry and here are the good things about it: 1. The meat was great quality, not an over aged goat. 2. The chilli level was great, just make sure you order one level lower that what you think you can eat. 3. Unlike most places each chilli level here seems to be properly made with cooked chillies - so you don't get the "kachha" uncooked chilli taste. Balance of other spices and the level of frying done to the masala was just perfect and did not give the impression of bulk manufacturing.... I ENJOYED MY MEAL - WHICH I RARELY DO BECAUSE OF MY FINNIKY NATURE... ...AND the fact that I am a hobby chef myself for last 17 yrs. Grat meal and thanks to the chef.

Decent food. Butter chicken was little more tangy than usual but was OK. Good Ambience. Samosas were good

Big portions for moderately expensive food. Overall good value. Good decor and restaurant layout. Good atmosphere. The food is authentic and very tasty! 5 levels of spiciness you can request for your food. I think level 3 or 4 are about equivalent to fresh jalapenos. Staff are polite. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the mood for a hearty meal or Indian food in general.

My wife loves Indian, and chose this place to celebrate her birthday. I had never had Indian food before, so I was both nervous and excited. The staff was so amazing at helping me to choose the perfect dish. They were also very friendly and so welcoming. The food was good, we WILL be going back, and the prices aren't too insane.

Since moving to Texas, I've struggled finding an Indian restaurant with a good Chicken tiki masala dish. After searching and trying places for over a year I have finally found it. This place makes amazing Indian food! Wow. The masala sauce is soooo good! Too many Indian places make a terrible sauce that just tastes like tomato soup, but these guys got it right. Definitely the place I will be going to from now on for Indian. Also try their chicken samosas, they were incredible! I only wish I had one closer to my house, but the 30 min drive is worth it.

If you've been to Noodles & Company, you will not be new to the style of the restaurant. You order, pay up, and then receive the dishes at your table. It is a small but well laid out place. Must be wheelchair friendly too. The entrance felt a bit cramped though because that is where you need to stand to place the order but there is hardly place for two to three to stand. Dishes - well, frankly disappointed by the Texas portion size. Way too overpriced compared to other restaurants outside Texas (and even within from what I gather). $17 for a large portion and I doubt it would serve 2 like they said unless you are there just for the sake of eat to review. The place offers takeout as well as dine in. Kids portion was a good size Medium spicy was no spice to my pallette and I eat very little spice. Yet, to each their own taste so all I can say is yes, you can choose spice levels. The menu card is interesting - so you do get a range of options via permutations of protein and sauce or you can go straight to the predefined items. Taste - i wouldn't say I am bowled over, but it is good enough to pass off as Indian. The spices, and the gravy bring you home. Gravy in Paneer curry appeared a little too watery; Kofta is a little smaller than a mini golf ball but tastes good; Biryani was good; rice is boiled just right; naan and roti - I would say they are good. The place has potential. It just needs a cook who knows what authentic Indian taste is like. For the most part, current Roti Grill, in my personal opinion, would pass off a general India cuisine test. It will take an effort to get passed off as a "must-go"
