A good experience at this location inside the Target. No line to order and a quick order purchase process when using the app. A little disappointed the drink we ordered was not complete due to a shortage of a specific ingredient. The barista handled this issue in the beginning and set the expectation clearly. Excellent job!! Thank you

2nd time I bought a mango dragon fruit lemonade,a white lady (I wish to know her name) give me my drink whit NO dragon fruit!! Yes,no dragon fruit!! And she refused to cancel it, because of course I want the fruit!! Why she doesn't telling you before purchase and give me the option for me too choose if I just want the dragon fruit lemonade whit no dragon fruit,anyway please manager read this,she always do the same.

The servers were very inattentive after finally getting their attention they seemed very clueless. I was with a friend they only bothered asking my friend for their drink but didn’t ask if I was ordering as well ended up leaving drinkless

I met someone there to talk about a business venture. We were there several hours and only got 2 cups of water. The staff was great! They would come by from time to time and ask if we needed anything. I did pick up some pastries on my way out to take back to friends, because they are always good! We weren't even charged for the water for the hours we were there! Great place to go to meet clients, grab coffee, and good breakfast sandwiches! Love Starbucks!!!

Staff was very nice. We needed a cup of hot water for our infant's bottle and they were quick to help us out and even offered ice in case we made the bottle too hot. And as always, food was good and coffee was great.

I do a lot of mobile orders and this location seems to get it right. There have been 2 visits where my order wasn't correct (missing my add-ons), but I never got around to informing them since it was the times I had my kids with me and was in a rush. Other than that, everyone is friendly and greets me when coming by.

This location is consistently slow. It doesn't matter the day or time of day, they are always slow to finish an order. Today, Friday, my mobile order was in at 0737 with a 3 to 7 minute approx ready time. When I got there at 0752 the order wasn't ready yet! It was ready at 0754. This Starbucks is less than a mile from my house but as a general rule I drive out of my way to go to the Starbucks on Custer and 121 because they are fast with mobile orders. If I wanted to wait 15 minutes for my order then I would go thru the drive thru! Oh, and, the employees usually look stressed, and general don't smile. I thought I would give them a try again, but as usual... no improvement in their flow.
