To be honest I don't like this place. The customer service is not good. The food is average. I hated that food was so cold. Maybe they prepare the food many hours before and keep it on the refrigerador. None of vegetables 🥒 inside of wrap. Not many options for picking up. The salads don't look good. In my opinion it was the worst wrap I have ever eaten.

My wife usually likes this place when she’s in the mall, unfortunately today her and my daughter has a bad experience with an older white lady that started giving them attitude and bad service. They ordered one of their great sandwiches but this lady intentionally made them bad. It’s sad that good businesses like this sometimes forget to train their employees to try their best to treat everyone nicely with good attitudes, if they don’t like to be helping people they need to try to find a job where they don’t have to deal directly with customers.

2 stars because the girl on the phone asking what soup of the day was nice. When the food was delivered to me at first glance it was prepared well. Eating it was a different story, the egg was bland and I could hardly taste the flavors of my omelette. 2 hours later I get FOOD POISONING and still battling it to this day. Disappointed and will not ever come back. I suggest customers to be wary.

The turkey chilli is delicious! The perfect choice for a satisfying lunch on a chilly day.
I also love their pick 2 meal options, but I don't understand why you only get a free cookie if you opt for the 1/2 sandwich option instead of soup and salad. Those cookies are sinfully good!

I work in the mall and come here pretty often while on break, however, I don’t know why I keep coming back because the customer service/simply human interaction is TERRIBLE. Today I found a roach in my salad which put me over the edge! If there’s 1 roach there’s definitely many more!!

Cannot make simple orders without issue. Sandwich with no mayo? Clearly means add mayo. Chicken caesar salad? Can’t remember to add chicken. I keep coming back hoping it changes, but no dice.

Management has no concern whether or not they serve your order correctly. If they make a mistake , they LITERALLY expect you to eat it. No regard to make it right. No regard to keep any business. Maybe they need to hire employees who care enough about the company they work for and it's customers .Otherwise you lose $$.

I don’t know why I keep coming back. I guess in hopes of it getting better. Service is terrible, the manager never seems to want to be there, as well as the other workers. And they got my order wrong again. I’m officially done.
