The fish , shrimp and oyster lunch special
was fantastic , hot and tasty ! I have never had a bad lunch meal there .
I was very impressed with Aw Shucks in Frisco. The staff was so kind, helpful and excellent at their job. The food was wonderful. We were there to see my son’s band play so we were there for about four hours. We tried a lot of the food on the menu and everything was fresh and tasted amazing. We will be back for sure!
What a great stop for some seafood in Frisco! Friendly service and great Oysters. The happy hour deals include $5 off a dozen raw Oysters. Great place to unwind after work, and they have a nice sized, covered outdoor space for when the weather is nice. We had both the raw and fried Oysters as wellnas the amazing crab bites on our last visit and weren't disappointed. We will definitely be visiting again.
We ordered a catfish poboy, blackened shrimp salad, ranch water, and a margarita with vodka as well (forgot the name). Outside seating was nice, food was out fairly fast. Staff was friendly, but food was just ok.
The food here is Absolutely Delicious. We ordered the Whole Catfish Basket Extra Crispy. It was piping hot, crispy, and hit the spot for my fish craving. I'm glad they are close to me. This has become a regular spot for me. The staff is friendly and the food is fresh. I enjoyed my first dining experience at this location. I will be back. Thank you for great food!!
We tried several things, and everything was pretty good and authentic! The gumbo & crab bites were good & the shrimp poboy was amazing! The crawfish had an extra dusting of seasoning on top of them, which got on our fingers and made them a little salty, but they were still good.
Ummm, I needed to be wheeled out nearly. The best seafood I have ever had, without being on the beach somewhere. I will go back any chance I get. Staff was awesome and super friendly, Asst. Manager was THE BEST and so attentive. The prices... well if you want good, you pay that! They offer stuff I've never had or heard of. Crab balls... HEAVEN. This is a must try little spot, perfect for a date night or weekend lunch. They got dranks too and a patio. Hurry and go.... you WON'T be sorry!!!
Oh... ladies wear stretchy pants if possible, your belly will be happy you did!!!
UPDATE Jan 2022. Its been years since we came here and were not disappointed. We got two different fish tacos which come with rice. Excellent meal no leftovers. Lots of friends and families there for Sun lunch. See photos. (Good 1st impression years ago.) Lots to choose from from the menu. Next time we will mix and match between a 1 combination and 2 combination plate choices. We also went to the restaurant in plano
