100 out of 10 stars! Overall great experience! We eat all over Houston for Vietnamese food. They have Chinese options for my husband and Vietnamese choices for myself. Prices are right. They still give you enough lettuce to go with your Vietnamese egg rolls. Huge plus. Drinks were always full. We tried pho, hot sour soup, curry chicken, orange chicken, steam rice, fried rice, Vietnamese egg rolls. Everything was excellent. Very surprised how good the Chinese hot and soup is! Will return.
Pho is so delicious!! Here broth is one of the best I have ever tasted in the Houston area so far. Service is amazing.
Great food and quality overall.
Lots of variety on the menu, and was all good.
The pho had a lot of meat and flavor. However I did not like how the pho noodles were cut for ease of eating, it just did not feel right having the noodles cut short. They were also a little less firm to my liking.
Just yes.
I’m just going to go right into it.
PRO’s:
-APPETIZERS. Normally this is where the “ho-hum” Vietnamese restaurants take it easy and just provide some warmed up version of something they prepared earlier. Not these guys, the appetizers are made sizzling hot and fresh every time! And you’d best be careful cause I mean much emphasis on the hot!
-ENTREES. So far I think they do awesome at everything I’ve eaten, but I’m most impressed with their hardy portioned pho bowls. If you get a large be prepared to leave space in your fridge specifically for the foam container that’s gonna be needing a home. Entree portions are quite generous.
-PRICE. The prices follow suit and are extremely generous for the portions given.
-STAFF. The staff are all great and attentive, too include the owners sitting in the middle table always waiving thank you and good bye.
CON’s:
I honestly can’t think of a con. Parking, maybe? But that’s because they are in a strip mall sharing their parking with other businesses.
If you’re looking for pho, check this place out!
It's a nice family run restaurant. Everyone working here is really nice. The food is delicious. It's a popular place and can get crowded.
Needed a place have lunch. Haven't been here in a while. Asked if they would make me some shrimp Pho soup even though it wasn't on the menu and they did. The server we had to do a really good job about keeping up with us.
Update. Came again and had their Saturday special. It was good and a lot of food. Think I like the soup best.
Best pad Thai ever! If you aren't into spice this one is great it's made with peanut sauce and no spice really but they have it to add for those heat lovers. Their Vietnamese eggrolls are bomb. They are fast and very friendly.
I took my friend here and we loved everything! Super chill place with affordable but excellent items! My friend said he will take his family here because of me.
Catching up on reviews, went last week.
Service was very attentive.
Egg rolls- very hot, a little thick on the rice wrapper so a little chewy once you got past the crisp exterior. Little heavy on the carrot ratio but not a deal killer.
The brisket and flank large bowl was ample. Nothing overly chewy, good base broth.
The shrimp fried rice was large as well with plenty of full sized shrimp. Fried nicely and tasty. Still a good place to go or try for the first time if you haven’t been.
Good food with huge portions for some plates like the vermicelli bowl. All dishes were served extremely fresh and very quickly. Service was great as well. I'm glad to have stumbled upon this restaurant.
