5 stars isnt enough. First, Dining in the age of covid. We were reluctant to do a carry out meal but wanted a highly rated seafood dinner in town. San Juan Bistro came through in spades. We have done carry out in the past and a lesson i learned was to show up early so the food doesnt sit. Not here. I arrived 10 min early and was greeted by the manager and was assured "chef gives an accurate time so you get the best experience" it gave us the opportunity to chat about the town and each other. It was a genuine conversation and i appreciated it. The food was prompt at the given time and my hotel was around the corner. It was delicious. There was a reduced menu but wife wife and I got the pesto pistachio crusted halibut, pork belly app, and cherry cheesecake dessert. This was an incredible meal. Every part was delicious the mushrooms were something else. The ravioli stole the show and gave the fish a run for its money and gun to my head could choose a winner. Kudos Chef. If my path ever leads back to this island i will not skip a beat to have another meal at the San Juan Bistro.

Best take-out we’ve had since COVID (well, ever, really). As hot and fresh as could be. The halibut was exceptional. The pesto crust complemented without overpowering the fish. But the sweet, fresh, handmade ravioli stole the show. The portions were HUGE. A generous piece of halibut and four large ravioli. All ingredients tasted fresh and were prepared simply. The mushrooms were flavorful and not over-treated. The graham-cracker crust cheesecake with a fresh, tart cherry topping was the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. Don’t let take-out scare you away. This place knows their craft and that clearly carries over into their take-out performance. Would love an opportunity to visit again for dine-in.

Best take-out dinner EVER. We ordered take out to celebrate our anniversary amidst restrictions due to COVID. We picked it up from the Bistro curbside. Everything was prepared beautifully and all we had to do was heat it through. The dinner was AMAZING! Veggies tender crisp, incredible sides and the meat was perfectly prepared. They even included a sweet surprise since it was our anniversary. Thank you San Juan Bistro. We LOVED our dinner and you made an anniversary amidst a pandemic easy, delicious and fun!

Fabulous! Delightful back patio. Good flavors. Friendly service. We enjoyed the Grilled Turkey and Blue Cheese sandwich, and a salad.

Cute atmosphere and quality food. Pricing is pretty average for the area. I got the H&C panini and was able to replace the potato salad for a green salad. The panini was too salty for me due to how much ham it had. My mom got the pasta special, and that was REALLY GOOD. We don't like things too oily; the pasta had a homemade feel to it and wasn't too oily. They change the specials everyday.

Very refreshing place to eat lunch. We had the salmon lox sandwich, garden salad, and soup of the day. Delicious! They also have beer, wine, and hard cider if you're feeling like an adult beverage. You might be disappointed if you have more than 4 in your group due to the limited seating. A party of 2 to 4 is perfect. All bread is house made and very tasty. Cute atmosphere. There are 4 seats at the bar. Also they have some patio seating.

I think the pastrami-egg salad sandwich was the best sandwich I've ever eaten. The tomato based kale soup (veggie minestrone, I believe), was out of this world. Who knew kale could taste so good?

Great food and the people are so nice. Good beer selection and cheese. House made pickles and crackers. Cheese is available to go as well. The outside seating is nice.

This was one of the top places we visited for food. I ordered a tuna melt that was out of this world. They have a great selection of beer as well. Staff is super friendly. I wish I could come here every day for lunch.
