Have not been to this particular FF before. Decided to stop because I was hungry and curious about their quality. My burgers and fries ended up tasting excellent! The buns and ingredients tasted fresh and I needed every napkin I was given because it was a juicy, tasty burger.

Friendly service. Quick service. For quick food, it was tasty. Just one thing can be worked on, have a bit more patience when handing off the food. We felt rushed at the pick-up window.

Went in ordered chili fries and a strawberry sunday. Service was bad they called our order up but didn't get the sunday figured they were busy with the drive through so waited 15 minutes. Went back and they said they forgot. Waited another 5 minutes, took a bite of the strawberry and it was rotten. Told the manager they did offer to make another but honestly did not want to risk getting sick. The chili fries were good but really question how fresh their food is??? Will not be going to the Foster's on Ventura.

Grabbed milkshakes/ice creams for 1 adult and 3 kids for ~$20 bucks, with less then a 10 min wait. Tasted great and everyone was happy with their picks.

The food was good but the customer service can improve. I called in an order and it wasn't taken or put into the system. When I arrive to pick up the order I was informed that it was never received by anyone there, although I had the history proof on my phone that I made the call and talked to someone. This made me late for work after lunch because I had to sit there and wait for it to be made after I ordered it in person. Second time I tried to call, their voicemail was full so I couldn't place a phone order. Other than that, the food is top notch.
