I really don't know what the purpose of a drive through is, let alone a double lane. If they make you go park up front after getting your order done and pay??? I got a crispy chicken deluxe. How is this supposed to be considered deluxe or even better than a regular? 😥 sad.. I only gave 2 stars because the employee asked 5 other cars to make sure the order got to me.

Was served a raw hamburger at night time around 1:40 am. My wife is pregnant and after myself taking 2 bites out of the burger the meat was still raw. Don't eat at this McDonald's as this isn't the first time it has happen.

This location has changed during COVID. Plenty staff but irritated customers waiting for items missing after 30-40 minutes wait. We wanted to finally be able to go put, sit and have a meal and one of my favorite cup of coffee. The chaos also include disregard for dining area tables and floor. Very disappointing overall plus... Coffee was lukewarm 😠

The order kiosks were no user friendly especially for novice. My order took 20 minutes to fill, grand daughter's chicken nuggets were partially cooked , my big Mac meat patty was cold. French fries were hot though

I like McDonald's and buy from there alot because of my 3 yr old but the service has really gone down fries cold they always seem to forget to put all your order in bag. I always have to go back

Barely parking always no frosteez or soft serve and as usual non nutritional semi meat burgers that more closely resemble pan cakes than a burger. I cry for those that have to work there it's almost like as soon as you open the door a piece of your humanity is being sucked out of you when you think it's the air-conditioning blowing to keep out flys.

Well the hamburger wasn't that good it taste old the meat 🍖 was Stell not warm taste like it was ordered this morning and they decided not to take them so they put them in the microwave and gave it to us I asked for cheeseburgers in the middle of the meet was raw so I got my mail at 11:59 but so hungry that I ate it

they asked me to park at the cureveside pick up when I ordered thru the drive thru i waited 20 minutes parked there ay the end i just asked them for my money back. don't recomend this place at all.
