I spoke on the phone with someone from this location asking a question for someone. It was a female I spoke to today. She made it very clear that she wasn’t the owner. She wasn’t necessarily nice. Passive aggressive. Although she answered my question partially, it didn’t come off friendly or sincere. She was very passive aggressive. I see people have upheld they had a wonderful experience with customer service. I have experience working in customer service and this encounter was far from “wonderful customer service.” I was helping someone close to me get a job, but I’ve decided to not refer them to this business to work because of how I was spoke to. I can’t imagine what the work environment would be like, let alone being a customer here. I certainly don’t plan on being a customer here after the encounter. Hopefully, whomever the owner/manager is will look into customer service training for their employees. Took place today 02/07/2022 at 9:36am via phone.
