This is thee best, fresh, fast food. Shouldn't be considered fast food but just great eats. Cooks are doing job well done. Cashier above and beyond work ethic. I'm going back now.

5 months pregnant & ordered no tomato due to a food allergy.. went to pick off my death tomato & found that my burger practically disintegrated & was restacked in this little jumble for me… thanks Carls Jr.

Just a horrible experience at this location. Went through the drive through and all I ordered was a chocolate cake. Had to wait 15 minutes behind the car that was in front of while cars packed up behind me. Got to the window and they hadn’t even put my order in (tried to charge me and give me someone else’s order) THEN tried to overcharge me for the chocolate cake. Never again will I even drive by this location. I wish there was an option less than 1 star, but this’ll have to suffice.

Prices are crazy that’s why I hardly eat at Carl’s Jr.. $2 for a small plain biscuit?! No ty that’s to outrageous. Last two times I ate there, I spent almost $20 on just one medium meal smh they should work on their prices. Plus they take forever to even when I’m the only customer there.

OMGEE I went through drive through today and a women with a thick accent took my order. She was taking my order when she asked me to hold on she had a lot of customers inside so i patiently said that's fine 🙂 when she came back and repeated my order I couldn't understand her so then she yelled at me saying LOOK LADY I SAID as she preceeded to tell me my order. That was very rude especially right now that I'm very depressed due to my daughter's health issue's. 😓

So went again today and this is just the worst . Why use such a big bun and put a soggy piece of chicken in there w 3 pickles 🤔

I ordered the 5 piece chicken tenders combo and noticed they took a while, and now I know why, they were left in the fryer too long and came out tooo crispy they were dark and had black spots. I'm glad it was fresh but definitely need to be attentive. I've never had an issue with them until today, they staff was definitely friendly.
