Im new to the croissants. These things are bomb. I add tomatoes to mine; they are explosive. I might be addicted to that and their sourdough jacks. Customer service is coo and picking up an app order is a breeze. Only issue is that I don't always get a physical receipt with my order. I don't like that.

I’ve like Jack-in-the-Box as long as I can remember. I’m giving this JIB Five stars because the drive-through cashier was considerate about my wallet. I ordered a special order sandwich and she suggested a different way I could order it so I could save some money. I took her advice. Great looking out. What a sweetheart.

They are ok, definitely been to better jack n the boxes. Always tend to be a few minute wait at the speaker for them to finally take your order. But the food is great when you get it. They never get the order wrong, at least not in my experience.

First time coming to this location, I’m from Merced CA and all of our Jack in the box suck!! But this location was AMAZING!! The customer service was perfect, I had my dog with me and he was barking but the young lady handed us a treat for him. The food was amazing and fresh.

Hands down the best customer service. I want to thank the lady at the window on 03/17 for taking our order. She and 1 other person had to do a line of orders. Food was great today from our past experiences.

Food is good but, you can ONLY USE ONE COUPON PER ORDER!! No joke! You would have 2go back and get in line again (drive-thru or inside) to use a second coupon! Ridiculous!! That is not cool! They got these coupons for nothing?! This happened in Fresno only so far. But when I went 2 Madera they didn't act like that, they were COOL! i was able to use three coupons at once!

I used my credit card there and the next day I got fraudulent charges on my same card I used there, it being the last place I used in a while. That place is ghetto too anyway so I’m not surprised, be careful guys! They also don’t take anything but your card or cash there so I had to hand them my card. Which I normally don’t do because of this possibility. I’d like to press charges but the managers there don’t help you and would rather let that employee keep working there. So I’m never going there again.

My favorite thing to order here is the chicken fajita pita. It is always freshly prepared. It is also one of the healthiest things to order from Jack in the Box. Sometimes, I indulge and also order their onion rings. They have been consistently delicious from the first time I had them when I was a child.
