I rate this store is ZERO! Well, perhaps not the store but the cashier at least. I have shopped here before and never had a problem until I encountered “Craig” the “Nighttime manager for 5 years” as he said to me. I asked about the deals on the app because there were no Monster four packs available, I asked if I would still get the price posted on the app and with an attitude he said he couldn’t do that because “all of the stores are different”. I told him the app stated his store specifically and I tried to show him but he wasn’t listening. He gave me an attitude and continued two take at least four people (all males) ahead of me. He continued to be difficult with me and he said my 7Eleven card was not going through even though I had money on it. One last customer asked what his problem was to me because he had heard most of the issue and I replied, “he does have a problem doesn’t it seem?” I really didn’t understand what the problem was, if in fact he couldn’t override the price even though he was a “manager” he didn’t have to be so rude and short with me. It really seemed as though he was just trying to be correct in a room full of men. I told him that he was being difficult for no reason and I just walked out, because at that point my food was cold and my drinks weren’t.

4:25 pm yesterday on May 24, 2021. My girlfriend went In there to get a pizza, a sandwich and chips. As she went to the cash register the lady assumed my girlfriend would be using food stamps. Very unprofessional because of the way my girlfriend was dressed. What made her think my girlfriend was was going to use an EBT card. If so why does it matter.

Okay but why are all the women here are so rude. It’s horrible. The lady her name is NELI SHE WAS MAKING ME AND MY HUSBAND VERY UNCOMFORTABLE SHE KEPT STARING AT US LIKE WE WERE GONNA STEAL! THESE PEOPLE NEED TO LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE! Time stamp December 30, 2020. 1:30pm! Y’all need to fire all the women. And get some new people with better manners
