I was trying to place an order for food. The cashier, was blasting a Bluetooth speaker that was clipped on her hip. She yelled i can not hear you! I told her because her speaker was so Loud! I do not understand why anyone would have a speaker Blasting , while assisting Customers. Very Unprofessional, Bad experience and long wait time . Not good customer service, Very disappointing

My 16 year old daughter found herself in a scary situation with men that were following her. She got on the wrong bus and had to get off. She was going to my ex-wife's house (her mom) who was working. She called me with her phone almost dead. I told her to wait for me in this store. The guy in the store told her to get out. Probably because she had brightly dyed hair. I arrived within 5 minutes. She told him about her situation. He told her to get out or he would call the police. When I arrived there were men hanging out in the parking lot. He couldn't allow her to wait 5 minutes. This is terrible.

Bad service now and is not fun go try get coffe and the personal give you your cup and they do protect their self but no us they grab money and debit card from the customers then they touch you coffe cup lid and cup and demand pay the coffe first before you can make i been seen this bow at 7eleven not only this one is like come on im not gonna run with a freaking coffe cup I want buy more things but they want me pay my coffe then I can walk around look for whatever I'm gonna buy when is gonna be the day I can grab my own cup and I can grab my own lid so if I get this virus is under my responsibility but if I get it I'm leaving this review that probe the poor quality of the cashiers grabbing money and stuff

Poor poor store 7-11 day has just been disrespected. Due to the store being in an ethnic neighborhood they turned the slurpee machines and hid all of the small cups that they give away during 711 day

Never have coffee, they have like three people working but they fight on who ganna clean or make coffee it was my favorite stop but not going there again.

I used to go to this 7-eleven all of the time because it was on my way to work until it changed ownership and the prices increased, by $0.50 for a liter bottle of Dr. Pepper. I noticed other prices increased as well. I stopped by other 7-elevens and their prices were the prices that I used to pay at this 7-eleven. I gave this store the benefit of doubt and stopped by recently and the prices were still $0.50 higher for that same thing.

Never has cheeseburgers and their excuse is always that the oven is off. The other stores always have them on. Horrible service
