Ordered online, I get it the lunch rush but when u see a customer sitting for a about 30mins & he still hasn’t left? Don’t you think maybe you should ask about his order? 1hr and no sandwich.

So my wife and I have lived in this neighborhood for about 10 years and the deli delicious has been there for a number of those Years. We've only been there one time and thought to ourselves Hey maybe tonight would be a good night for sandwiches. My wife was in the door before 6:00 p.m. But was told that there are closed so unless she had already ordered online sorry. But it's a sandwich shop like what's so hard about just making 1 more order she was in the door before 6. This to me is just poor customer service and I guess it means we are not going to go back there

Customer service and quality of food has been fairly consistent at this location. I do find it frustrating that they changed their policy and now charge $0.50 per side of ranch when I would think the cost of their fries covers a side of ranch to be included. (And still does at other locations I've been to since being charged at this location)

Just called to order over the phone and was told to call at a later time because hey were too busy. .....I don’t understand why they couldn’t just take the order. I’ve never had Pizza Hut or me n Ed’s say something so bizarre.

Delicious sandwiches! My first time trying their food and I loved it! Will definitely eat there again! Better than subway, you get plenty of sandwich meat.

Always have great food. Sandwiches are made fast and fresh and fries are always hot fresh from the fryer. Great and pleasant staff. Keep up the great work.
