Look at the chicken it was terrible, tried calling 3 times , no answer , the breading was so bad we had to remove the original receipe...bucket going in trash, too far to turn around and show them.
I agree, they used old oil and the breading from previous chicken was stuck to the chicken I reveived... Hopefully they read this and start changing the oil and not try to do on the cheap anymore...

I hadn't been to KFC for awhile. But I ordered a 3 piece grilled chicken meal. The chicken was very small pieces. Not like I remember it. I gave the rest of the meal to my daughter who said the bun was a hard as a rock. That meal with a small tea mostly ice, was over $12.00
Just FYI if your thinking about KFC.

I was so looking forward to some chicken and coleslaw, and potatoes, and was so disappointed with what I got. The chicken was cold, and tough and I gave it to my cat, who put his nose up at it. I will not return after paying $22.00 for the two meals.

Chicken was good, though the pieces were rather small. Also bummed I wasn't offered an alternate side to the horrible new fries.. what am I supposed to put on my biscuit??

This particular KFC Branch on Blackstone & Herndon was ok at best. I was served cold fries, & had to go back inside KFC to ask for a spork (spoon-fork). Never going back to this KFC again.

Tried the "Hot Nashville Box" be careful it's spicy!!! They have really good box for lunch.

Looks like they renovated the inside. It is very very nice! I’ve never been to a kfc this clean and i’ve never seen this type of decoration before. It was quite interesting and i couldnt stop looking around that I forgot i was at kfc in Fresno. The food was great and the service was great as well. However we came in later at night when it wasn’t busy. Because of the nice indoor, i would definitely come back again.
