One of the worst experiences of service at a Taco Bell I have had... I was in need of a restroom and also hungry so took the 1st exit with a fast food place and a gas station.
1st - this Taco Bell is in a bad area
2nd - it took 7 minutes to even acknowledge me when I was standing in front of the cash register/ where you order
3rd - after taking my order it took 16 minutes to receive my food (only 2 other people ahead of me inside)
The lady ahead of me told them where's my order it's been over 10min and why are you working on 8-10 cars in the drive thru for every one person inside. 😡 the workers had no response but sorry for the wait. So I'm not sure if they are getting timed for drive thru or what but never had that kind of service at other Taco Bell's...

The one on Olive and 99 they must have got some different people and these people are A-OK the other ones I wouldn't go there but I'm glad they got new employees I have to give them two thumbs up

Really terribly made food. Everything was barely warm and skimpy on all the ingredients, I've never had a crunch wrap I didnt like until this one. Very disappointing.

I just don't understand every time I order extra cheese, they can't seem to get it on my tacos. I guess it's just hard for them to read the order.

I ordered 4 burritos only bean and cheese two bean and cheese burritos for my son and for burritos for my wife. They got the entire order wrong. They put jalapeno sauce on mine, they added cheese to my wife's and put red sauce on my son's after I specifically asked for them not to because it was for a kid. I then went inside and the manager told me that's the way it comes and I explained to him that's not how I ordered it. I will never go back to a Taco Bell again
