As always with MOST fast food restaurants; always priortize drive thru first before your indoor order is made. Im literally the only customer inside and been waiting for 15 minutes for my 1 meal order... while all the drive thru is going through. These store manager always want to have fast drive thru times because that benefits them.

The drive thru wait times are absurd. Waited in line for 20mins after placing my order, ended up driving off without food because that was pretty much my lunch break. Word of advice: go to the one on clovis and jensen! Much quicker! This bk location sucks!

tried to go through the drive-thru but there was someone parked there with all four doors open and everybody out of the car, so went inside the lobby where I ordered a chicken sandwich with no mayonnaise, a hamburger with no pickles, and a Sprite and instead I got fries a hamburger with pickles and the chicken sandwich was the only thing correct. When I asked about my drink I was told I didn't order one though I paid for one, it was kind of upsetting. I've been going to this Burger King for 15 years and never have I had an experience like that.

This is the worst BK I've ever been to. The people that work here are so ghetto and rude. Even the BK on maple and KC is much better. These managers are definitely hiring friends and family because they act the same. This place is trash.

Ordered the family bundle added cheese n bacon to whoppers(only 1/8 of a real strip of bacon) not worth what they charge. Swear it use to be one bacon cut in half atleast. Also asked for no ketchup and pickle on one and they still put it on all 3. Also the whopper looked very sad even getting it out of the bag. Not what it use to be. The receipt is also not readable at all as theres no ink.

Use to be a great place to stop and get a meal off the 180 and Clovis Ave, but lately there have been homeless and druggies in the parking lot and I don't feel safe to take my family there for a meal.
