The atmosphere is really great! The food was wonderful, it had enough of a kick to let you know the food is spicy, but not enough to burn your mouth... absolutely would return here again!
Cute atmosphere, friendly staff. Service was quick and the food is delicious. We ordered an asada taco, adobada burrito special, chicken chilaquiles, agua de Jamaica, and a cafe Azteca. We were waited on by Maria who was super helpful and we met Leslie the manager. Family from out of town actually recommended this restaurant to us and I have to agree it's worth a visit. We also tried the churros with whipped cream and strawberry sauce, I wasn't expecting them to be good at all. But let me tell you, they were absolutely delicious. I'm looking forward to my next visit there
I visited Fresno from Victoria BC, CANADA and after searching great Mexican restaurants online decided to try El Patio.
Thank you to my fantastic server Moses who's graciousness made my lunch experience here memorable. The patio is quaint and cosy and retains a true Mexican flair. The fresh chips were incredible, with just a touch of saltiness and the spicy salsa was the best I've ever had! I ordered the shrimp, bean and rice burrito *wet style* drizzled in salsa verde and cheese and it was so delicious! They even topped it with a roasted pepper. Everyone here is so kind and they let me bring my girls onto the patio rather than leaving them in the car during this hot day. Again, thank you Moses. Loved my experience here and will definitely come back when I'm in town again.

I was searching for a good ambience and outdoor seating to take my mom and my wife to eat.
We loved the decor and heaters in the patio. The art and photos gave me a history of Mexico. They have beautiful lights around, I could only imagine how they would look at night since we went for lunch. We tried the chilaquiles rojos, albóndigas and the molcaquete plate. They were great!!👏🏻😁 My mother is a cook and we come from a family of cooks and let me say she is very picky about her food, and let me tell you.. NO COMPLAINTS!! She was very satisfied!
Compliments to the server who was the only one there at the time and managed to serve all the tables in a timely manner!! We will be returning!
Alma was a great server very attentive and kind and bussed our tables in a timely manner and refilled our drinks without asking and was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and suggested her favorites! Definitely will be returning due to the yummy food and service 💗
The seating area is beautiful and the food is amazing and authentic, it’s almost like sitting outside your own home and the food taste like your nana made it.

My husband and I ate here for lunch during the foggy cold weather. They had very hot heaters outside for us. The 2 waitresses were so cool:) The food was delicious. Worth every penny. They also made hot chocolate for us even though it wasn't on the menu😋 The ambience is perfect. They decorated everything, so colorful...just makes me happy being here. Cumbia music playing was my favorite. I 100% recommend trying this place out. They also have live music sometimes. I just love it here❤ 🇲🇽
